It was exactly what I expected, as the name suggests. Just like all non-profit institutions, you get the basics and an excellent service by dedicated staff for little money. Beautiful people going out of their way to help you. Clean basic rooms with shower/wc. Toast/fried eggs breakfast. Library. I have deep respect for the staff and family here. In addition,...

I booked online for 6 of us in 3 rooms. But when we arrived at the hotel (late at night) we were told that they had no rooms available. I explained that I had booked and paid online but the guy just shrugged and stared at me without offering any solutions. When I asked for my money back they tried...

For 5 US$ a night INCLUDING breakfast, couldn't have asked for more! :) I was in a dorm room with 6 beds, the room was orderly, the bed was neat and clean, the attached bathroom was all right although there was no soap in the dispenser but I'd brought my own soap. The breakfast was a real PROPER breakfast, not...

I was here in two nights with my friends in dorm room. That's a great hostel, clean room everyday. There is also fridge available in room, beautiful views with terrace, 10 mins walking to Tạ Hiện st, Swore lake. Staff were really friendly and helpful, although we went back too late they were still waiting for us. Breakfast with tea...

Cheap price, good reviews, good location... these were my thoughts when i booked a dorm room in this "hostel". it's dirty and filthy. the bed was terrible, they don't use fresh bedlinen, they just "clean" the sheets with a duster(on mine were still blood stains, and other stains i don't even wanna know what they were from), pillows and blankets...

I stayed in the female four bed doorm. It had plenty of space, a mini fridge and a tv. The bathroom was nice with a shower curtain so the whole plce didnt get soaked. Breakfast was included in price and was two eggs three toast and lots of tea and coffee. About a 10min walk to the lake in town....

For how much they charge, this is really a great hostel. The employees are friendly and helpful, the private rooms are large, clean, and air-conditioned, and amenities like toothbrushes, shampoo and body wash are refilled everyday. My one complaint is that the cleaning woman tried to walk in on us twice without knocking and almost caught me changing, but from...

Stayed here with a friend in the twin room. Very comfy beds and well equipped. Breakfast is made quickly and staff are very helpful, we had a lot of questions and they answered them all! It's also a good location, near cafés, restaurants and shops.
