What stands out about this place is the lovely people who work here, they could not be more helpful and friendly. We stayed here twice, and for the price we paid the room was great value(its not high end luxury, but that wasn't what we were after ) ,Big enough, Modern clean, with decent bed, a good bathroom, quiet efficient air...

I like to give good reviews when I can, so this is a great hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are well appointed, modern and clean. The only part that lets it down a little but is the breakfast. But all in all a very good hotel.

We stayed in this hotel based on a Pinterest recommendation which totally paid off. Emma on the front desk is amazing, anything you want to know in English she is your person. The rooms are comfortable and big. Great location in the heart of the old quarter!! Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Hanoi!!

This hotel was the first place we stayed during our 3 week holiday in Vietnam. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to help us plan our day trips and were happy for us to come back and use the shower before or night train although we were not staying another night. The rooms are modern...

Very wonderful hotel with extremely friendly staff. Rooms were clean, spacious and well furnished and location was superb (just next to all the nightlife of old quarter). For the price of the rooms it is a real bargain.

Paradise Boutique was the first stop on a trip through Vietnam and it was definitely one of the best if not the best place we stayed. The staff was so helpful and welcoming it made getting off an all day plane ride much easier. If you're looking for a great boutique hotel in the old quarter close to everything I...

We had stayed at this hotel on a previous visit to Hanoi (2014) and had no reservations in booking to stay there when we returned this time. A small but very friendly hotel - the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is fresh and plentiful....but it's the staff that make the hotel what it is! Jason, Linda, Hannah and...

Strategic location at District 1. Everywhere is walking distance. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel manager, Jason greeted us upon arrival and helped us with our checked in. He even recommended places to go, food to eat and ask about your day after you return after a long day. Breakfast was normal. Simple food: some bread and sausages...
