Great hotel right in Old quarter. The concierge, especially Anna, was very supportive as well as Kate. They could organize some great tours to Halong Bay and Hua Lu. Main attractions of Hanoi are all within walking distance.

Wonderful hotel. The concierge, especially Anna, was very helpful with all of our needs, including booking a ha long bay tour, transfer from the airport, bus tickets to our next destination, and bike rental. Everything was reasonably priced and very high quality. We absolutely loved our stay. The breakfast was delicious too. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a...

A "no frills" guesthouse in old Hanoi. The accommodation is fair with clean rooms and acceptable breakfast. The bathroom is recently renovated as well. A special thanks is for the staff at the reception that is very useful for any of your needs.

Very friendly little hotel conveniently located right in the Old Quarter. Interesting little shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast choice with fresh fruits, fresh juices, hot cold buffet plus cook to order omelettes, pancakes and Pho all inclusive. Good service and choice. Room facilities slightly dated but well worth the price. Would...

A nice little hotel in the hanoi old quarter. Can walk to anywhere from here and the staff are great. Annie at the front desk was amazing and super helpful to us during our stay. The staff speak english fairly well and are friendly. Breakfast is good, a nice mix of western and vietnamese. I would recommend to anyone staying...

My partner & myself enjoyed Hanoi Little Town so much! Our room was HUGE overlooking the street & motorbike chaos that makes Hanoi so interesting. The bed was comfortable & the washroom was clean. The hotel is a bit dated, but we didn't mind at all. It added to the charm. You know why? Our room was HUGE. The room...

Frankly I booked this hotel because their trip advisor profile picture was of pho. Turns out my intuition was spot-on. The location was perfect - right at the top of the old quarter so you're in easy walking distance from the whole quarter as well as West Lake. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke lovely English and...

Upon checked in, unfortunately lift not functioning, did some work out counting the stair case to the 8th floor. Pity the hotel staff had to drag the two heavy bags to the top. We took family room, huge room with three queen size bed for each of us. The facility was average, but overall it was compensated with top notch...

We loved it and the staff were brilliant. Clean and very comfortable rooms. Would recommend it to all travellers. Great location too, right next to the day market and walking streets. Lots of restaurants and bars too easy to get to most things by foot. The staff Sue, Kate and Annie were exceptional.
