The hotel is very shabby and needs to be spruced up. Not only is the furniture in the rooms worn and old, I had holes in my bedsheets (which kept me awake as my feet kept getting caught in the holes), the computers in the lobby are very old and the chairs broken. Staff seemed more interested in playing games...

The Lucky Hotel on Ngo Huyen Street in Hanoi, Vietnam was an excellent place to stay. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Staff speaks English and German, and were incredibly friendly and eager to help no matter what time of day or night. The hotel was very clean, and a good deal. The hotel is set back in...

Don't expect a Melia-like buffet. * The air-conditioner in two rooms on the second night did not work, but we...

i'm actually surprised about the negative reviews because this place was perfectly fine, but i did stay at a nicer place on my next visit there after the HaLong Bay trip. English is not as good here but good enough. Breakfast was great. There was a few power outages at night but luckily we were drinking beer out in the...

We booked this hotel via agoda. Turned up and left after about 10 minutes. The hall ways are filthy and full of dirty rice sacks and other assorted 'decorations' such as broken furniture and grimey stains on the wall. It looked as though it hadn't been painted since Ho Chi Minh died. The bathroom door was VILE, the dirt came...
