This hotel is very clean, and the furniture is modern. I felt pleasure as home when I stayed here. The view is very good, and I was surprising because of the services. It is very good. I will tell my friends about this hotel. It is a good choice. I like it.

Been travelling to Hanoi the last month or so for business every other week. Nam Hai hotel is cheap and cheerful. Keeps the boss happy as the rates are low and me happy as it is friendly and easy going. Breakfast in shorts and T shirt with guests on holiday no problem, back up to change then out for the...

I had a meeting there for 3 nites, just trust at Tripadvisor to come to book in person at the hotel. I got a very nice room and hotel resides at the head of Hanoi, very close to the most major attractive sites. Nothing to be complained but many things to be thanked: great food, great staff! Helen

The great atmosphere (consisted of traditionally wooden slacked floor and up-to-date amenities inside each room); make you feel that you are staying at your own home with a few of friends around, who always...

This is our third stay at the Nam Hai Hotel. It is centrally located in the Old Quarter. The services provided makes travel worry free. Nam Hai uses the best companies for arranging trips to Sapa and Halong Bay. The food provided, on our recent Halong Bay overnight Junk, can only be described as fine dining. The hotel provided us...

“It is in a busy street area and the front windows go out to the street, so the higher up the better to reduce the noise. It was cold and so the windows were closed. In warmer weather the street noise may be too much to open the windows.”
