We stayed here for one night and were greeted friendly. We liked our room with a small balcony overlooking the backyard. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. We left to Sapa the next day and booked two more nights for the time when we wanted to come back to Hanoi. We paid for it and the receptionist... More

We stayed here during our trip to Hanoi and surrounding areas. (SaPa and bai tu bay) The staff was amazing. I cannot say enough about how helpful everyone in the hotel was for us midrange travelers. The manager pretty much planned out our SaPa and halong bay tour with us. Making arrangements at a fair price within 30minutes. So we... More

I really liked this place. Although nothing fancy, the rooms are big and the location is amazing. We asked to change to a quieter room after our first night in a room facing the street and they were happy to do it. Really appreciated that. Laundry was inexpensive and overall the staff was super friendly and always treating us by... More

The hotel itself is really nice! The courtyard in the middle is nice and quiet in contrast to the busy streets in the old town and the rooms are very clean. The staff here are wonderful as well. They'll do what ever they can to make sure your stay is the best as possible. On arrival we were greeted with... More

I felt like home! Rooms are clean and quite big. Linen and beds are comfortable. Wi-Fi and A/C are working well. Bathroom is fine, no problem with hot water. Breakfast was more than enough. Staff is very friendly - they invited me to share their dinner - and accommodating. Location is great, you can go around on foot. Not noisy... More

Great place to stay in Hanoi. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. It's also a great place to book tours to Sapa and Ha Long Bay. Will stay here again, highly recommended.

We stayed here on and off for about 2 weeks. Everyone here was so friendly and helped us organise some really good tours for great prices. Clean comfortable big rooms, nice and quiet from the noisy streets. Great location on the old town near the French quarter. Will stay here everytime we come back to Hanoi!

We were pleased with this accommodation. It was clean, comfortable and friendly. The staff are very friendly and helpful with booking tours. We did a tour of the city which was busy and informative. The walking food tour with Rose was excellent!
