I really love service here. I had to book hotel at last minute out of expectation. I tried to called many hotels on my way back to Ha Noi while my phone is running out of battery. My bus came 1 hour late but they still kept my reservation with just a phone call, 1 message confirm, no deposit. The...

We had originally booked into a cheap hostel, which we realised quickly had awful damp walls and uncaring staff. We immediately checked out and looked for better accomodation nearby. We found this place ha good reviews so walked over. How lucky we were, the staff were incredible and made us feel very welcome from beginning to end. We even stayed...

CHECKING IN *My friend booked the wrong check in date, so we lost a day and they cancelled the reservation. So we had to pay again to get a room for a night or so. ROOM Cramped. No room for our big bags. I am a fairly tall person so to bump and thump into everything was a nightmare for...

We stayed here at the beginning of November, and it was our first time to Vietnam. The location was central. As soon as you step out the front door you are into the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. The main sights are close by, which suited us. The staff were very helpful, they booked our HaLong Bay tour for us...

The pros: 1) There's free wifi -- it's quite slow but it's a 3-star hotel so we can't complain. 2) The room is big and spacious -- it accommodated all 4 of us without problems in terms of personal space. The beds were also quite large. 3) The choice of breakfast items vary everyday so that's good. 4) The reception...

Wonderful hotel in the Old Quarter. The room was very clean and the decor was very special. Great breakfast! Mr. Tom was especially helpful in meeting our needs for transportation. The entire staff was very friendly. Our room had a complimentary plate of fresh fruit. We travel to Hanoi about 3 times a year, and this hotel is our top...

This little hotel is so cool! We arrived very early from train station, cold and tired. They gave us hot coffee and the room was ready after very short time. The weather that day was so freezing cold, but the room had very good heating so we were just so pleased! We booked a deluxe room with city view. It...

Great place to stay if you want to be central in the Old Quarters of Hanoi. On a relatively quiet street, even though that doesn't really exist anywhere in the city. However regardless, location was great and everything is within walking distance, we didn't use a taxi or car once. The staff are very friendly and willing to help with...
