No accomodation, only event and wedding. Services and facilities are poor and old. No elevator. Parking is inconvenient. Staff is not profesional and friendly. Outside swimming pool for everybody, not only hotel's guest.

Was here for wedding. The guy playing the music is lazy, didn't want to play some songs as that involved changing disks. He was also smoking inside the venue, this is not the first impression that anyone would want to see. During the speech time, the sound was way too loud and echoed, hard to understand. The food was ok, wasn't something that had the wow factor considering it was a wedding. There was even an instance where a staff was running, jumped behind me, and still kept running, nearly craahed with another guest. Water in the table was little, 4 people could sit on one table and the water would be about 500 ml per table, seriously?, at least a liter would be nice. This place should only be considered if nothing else is available. There were two wedding happenin at the same time, no proper signs to say which is which, they had printed the names in an a4 paper and stuck it way back, everyone who came in had this confused face of which hall to enter. This place too can become a wonderful venue for weddings if small things like this is taken care of, big things always don't create an impression.

Located in a crowed and narrow area of Hanoi, It seems noisy and a bit dirty if you carefully observe, especially in rainy day. The lobby's used to held weddings, events, which sometimes annoys tourrist. Generally, not bad to have a cheap short trip in HN.

Want to enjoy a Vietnamese wedding? Here you can have one every day! Some days even two! The lobby in this hotel is used for weddings almost every afternoon, some times twice a day. And though your shower may be cold, the lobby is hot - from noise and traffic - not always on the legal side, according to my Vietnamese friends, who found it strange that I was staying in this place. So the karaoke is loud, the food is below expectation, the service boasts to be the "friendliest in town" - but they didn't know the way to any restaurant in the area. At least it was an interesting study of what Vietnam was once in the past. You won't find its equal many places in Hanoi

Clean restaurant serves very good food. It is bit away from most of attraction but good for business tour or you are in for a conference
