Location is very near to everywhere. Hotel is a bit old. I took the superior room. The room size is acceptable. The bathroom is small and after shower got flooded. The bedsheet and pillow cases are very old and torn a bit. Breakfast is quite good provided with beef noodles and passion fruit. I booked in almost 2 months advance...

We stayed here for a night and were given a room on the 4th floor. There is no lift but they helped us to put our luggage in our room. The staff is warm and friendly. Room was neat and clean with a nice view. Breakfast was average with limited options. The location is very good and it is very...

Clean property & helpful staff. You'll notice there's nothing spectacular about most of the accommodations in Vietnam, so don't look for luxury. With that said, I did find a HUGE bug (not sure if it was a roach or what), and a staff member tried to help me find/kill him (to no avail). He was about the size of two...

We were in the hotel for 3 nights. It's in a very convenient location, and the room was clean and bug free. The price was also right. Our only complaint would be the shower - there was no hot water, and the water leaked under the shower stall glass into the bathroom. Our friends were on another floor, and they...

Although the welcome was great, it all went downhill from there.. the room was all shabby with a non-negligeable layer of dust on the furniture. The extractor from the bathroom made a terrible noise and the water would leak from the shower compartment onto the floor. But what really put me off was that they didn't change my sheets at...

We organised first holiday in Vietnam and chose this hotel to stay because some good reviews on tripadvisor. But I relized this was the worst decision we made. Room was too small, sometime there was no hot shower and water just dropped on the floor whole night. The receptionist was terrible. Tried to pretend that nothing wrong and was impolite...

We loved our stay at Classic Street. Great location in the old quarter, close to walk to the lake and all the main sights. Plenty of delicious street food close by. The staff were all wonderful, organized and helpful. They have a great map to give you on arrival with recommended places to visit and eat. We booked our Halong...

We just stayed here for the first stop on our honeymoon. The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful, they even arranged an airport transfer for us and let us store our bags for two hours, despite having checked out 36 hours earlier for a trip to Halong Bay. The room was comfortable, if basic and the location in the...

Room was spacious & quiet, relatively clean and well equipped with a comfortable bed, electric kettle, tea/coffee making, fridge, extra chairs and table etc. Bathroom was quite nice-renovated and quite new. What we didn’t like was some dirty marks on wall, and a couple of electrical conduits near the ceiling that were left half hanging, which gave the room an...
