Excellent property, great location with the Old Quarter right at your doorstep and the lake, markets/shops all within easy walking distance. Property is very soundproof so easy to escape and get quiet time out the the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter. Very clean and incredibly spacious and comfortable rooms. Breakfast menu was tasty, good range of western and...

You could easily miss this hotel as amongst a row of shops and wasn't sure when we pulled up. All the staff are lovely. Our room 206 was a large room with 2 double beds. Very clean downside it was over the pool and you could hear the generator from the pool. Breakfast was very nice cooked fresh for everyone....

I would just like to say we booked this hotel based on other reviews on trip advisor and we were not disappointed at all. The hotel is right in the middle of everything and a short walk to travel agencies, bars and food. The rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast cooked fresh when ordered was amazing. It was...

Lovely small hotel in the heart of Hanoi's busy streets filled with shops, cafes and restaurants! On arrival the staff were so friendly and immediately upgraded me to a bigger room, they also provided lots of information about local things to do/see. Breakfast freshly prepared for you each morning with coffee and a selection of fruits. Rooms were really spacious,...

On first sight of the hotel (from the outside), you might think it’s a poor choice, but once inside you’ll find great staff with lovely rooms, a sufficient choice for breakfast in the morning (made to order). The location is right in the heart of the real Hanoi, there is plenty going on all around you day and night. There...

Amazing service. Maybe not the Ritz but service makes up for it. Girls at reception are amazing especially Bella who assisted with day tours, transfers etc. Even changed our booking to fit in with Halong Bay cruise @ no extra charge. Extra pillows, towels not a problem. Great breakfast from very friendly staff. Fantastic location & not one bit of...

This was a great little boutique hotel some friends recommended just out of the noisy section of the Old Quarter. Thank goodness we had arranged a hotel pickup as I'm sure we would never have found it by ourselves. Located just down the street from Quan Chuong Gate the only gate left from the original fortified wall of Hanoi. Older...

The hotel isn't the Ritz, but the experience may be better. The staff is extremely attentive and willing to accommodate your every wish. From the time we arrived until, amid hugs, etc., they couldn't have been better. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Breakfast, while the selection was not large, was very well prepared. Eggs to order, fresh fruit...
