My wife and I stayed in this hotel late 2014 whilst attending a wedding, what a Beautiful hotel and positive surprise the Hanoi Paradise is. Situated in the old quarters in a quaint old street, such lovely staff well spoken English, well knowledged for the tourist, Tours etc can be booked in reception, walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake markets...

A great time at Hanoi Paradise Hotel! The rooms were great and the breakfasts were delicious! The best thing about the hotel was the friendly staff that helped out with anything that you needed to know and spoke excellent English. Thank you again so much 😊

PEople were really nice. It was christmas night and they organized a party for us, Very friendly stuff and a huge room. clean and great location This neighbourhood has all the amenities and it´s close to the lake .

Very nice hotel in the old city of Hanoi, with a very friendly staff! The last night there was a problem with our rooms (there was no hot water available), but the staff organised a very good other hotel (boutique hotel) in the old city! Very kind that they solved this problem on this way!

I highly recommend this place! I've travelled over 4 months in Asia and the people in this hotel are the most friendly locals I've met. Breakfast is good, rooms are big and clean, and the neighbourhood is great!

U'll be taken good care of by the staffs. They're always willing to help u. The rooms are quite clean. The hotel's located in the heart of the capital. Their services are quite good, helpful and cheap
