Unfortunately, this place was the first place I stayed when I arrived in Vietnam and this place almost ruined my view of Vietnam Avoid this place at all cost! This place is terrible and the staff are even worse. Reading other people's reviews, it seems like they do the switch and bait often. That's what happened to me. I had...

I booked a room on the 3rd floor for a day and was asked to pay 50% as deposit to secure the room. On that particular day when I wanna check in, the staff told me that the room was given to someone else & gave me a room in 4th floor instead, which has dirty toilet with no hot...

This hotel is terrible. The rooms are dirty, no sheets on the bed... And on top of that, my iPhone was stolen inside the room on my last day (so no time to go to the police...). Of course the staff wasn't helpful at all and called me a liar. Oh, I almost forgot, there are rats in the luggage...

That started our nightmare with the staff of this hotel. Prior to arrival, we corresponded with the staff through email, checking on train tix to Sapa and so on. In one of their emails,...

Stayed there for 1 night and had a harrowing experience with the staff. They were extremely rude, even at the slightest request. We were promised a room on the 3rd floor when we walked in to make a booking, but when we checked in the next day, were given the forth floor. When questioned, the counter staff just shouted '4th...

DO NOT EVER THINK ABOUT STAYING AT THIS HOTEL. The staff insulted and beat us in the lobby in front of our 4-years old daughter. That is the worst experience we ever had. Besides from that, the rooms are dirty and shabby.
