Hotel room was spacious enough with all the amenities one would need. Wifi worked well and even the breakfast was better than expected. Only complaint is it's quite noisy from other guests but the hotel can't do much about that.

The rooms were huge in size. For the most part they were clean. The only down side was there was no shower head so wed'd to hold the lead from the bath over us to have a shower. The bathroom was very mouldy aswell. Breakfast was included however it was crap! We instead went across the road to the supermarket...

This is a small mid-range hotel nestled in the middle of "old Hanoi". The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. The overnight laundry service was nice if you are traveling light. My only nit is that the bed are really HARD.

The Icon 36 Hotel on Cua Dong Street is a clean and efficient two star hotel on the quieter side of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. It’s a cut considerably above most other hotels in its class (٭٭). The breakfast buffet is extensive and nicely presented, rooms are comfortable and bathrooms ample, with glass shower enclosures. The wi-fi signal is strong and...

Was on a mission trip to Hanoi and the hostel thtvwe were scheduled to stay at was a nightmare. So, I had to act quick and began searching. I stumbled upon the icon 36 hotel. After some negotiations, we came to an agreement on 15 rooms. So glad we did. The hotel is surrounded by everything you are going to...

We arrived back from ha long bay and arrived at the hotel only to be told that our room had a water leak so they had to move us to their sister hotel the twins hotel. Not only is this on the very edge of the old quarter, is old and dilapidated, but it's right next to a night club...

Our stay with ICON 36 hotel left a lot to be desired. While the hotel staff was very attentive and professional, the room itself was terrible. We stayed in room 403 and it was the worst hotel bed I have ever slept on. It was just a boxspring with a sheet over it. There was absolutely no padding or cushion...

Comfortabele nice hotel with clean rooms and good beds. Good price quality rate. Breakfast is pretty sober but good enough. And most of all a very, very kind staff that helps you with everything, from planning and booking trips to opening suit case locks who refuse 😢. Hotel is well located at the border of the old city. We can...

As we were traveling on motor bikes, with my son, across the country, we never reserved any hotel in advance. Walking down the street we thought that this hotel didn't look bad so we went in. Great staff. Smily, charming, enough to make you stay there. So we did. Very, very close to everything you need. Right in the heart...
