Booked a four night , five day tour directly with the hotel and it was excellent . The day tour was very good and the trip to halong bay... More

A wonderful choice. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Had contacted the hotel before arrival in Vietnam to arrange early check-in and they were so accommodating. Were upgraded to a suite at the back which was large and very quiet, an important ingredient for a good night's sleep. Beds comfortable and clean linen. Although downside was that you only... More

Paradise hotel is located near the East gate (Address 53 Hang Chieu). It is on a busy street close to great shopping and the night market. The lake is close. There is a Vinmart down the street which sells cheap food / drinks. The breakfast is great with a large selection. You can order multiple hot dishes - eggs, noodles... More

Fantastic hotel! We stayed for 3 nights over New Years and enjoyed great service and central location in the Old Quarter. We had a road side room with a small balcony overlooking the street. It was fantastic! (Be warned, its a bit noisy in the mornings - not a problem for us!) Breakfast and internet was great! Arranged taxis too... More

The team at Paradise hotel are superb. Really friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable as are the beds so it's good value for money. Breakfast really nice too. The hotel is also really well situated for looking around the old quarter.

Would really recommend staying here if you're looking for a mid-range hotel with a great location, great staff and nice rooms. They treated us really well here! They upgraded our room for the first two nights, the breakfast was pretty good and the staff were exceptionally helpful, For example, when we had to leave in the wee hours of the... More

My husband and I were on our honeymoon an Hanoi was our first stop. Bella and her team at the paradise hotel were so welcoming and helpful. They upgraded our room and gave us a beautiful welcome "honeymoon" gift. Bella helped us in organizing tours up north to Sa Pa and Ha Long Bay. She also arranged a flight for... More

Lovely little hotel in a great situation inside the old quarter. Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. We just had the standard room which was fine. The luggage was stored on two occasions at no extra charge. When we were getting the night train we were even given towels and access to a shower so we could freshen up.
