We arrived in Hanoi after a night at Halong Bay, just a tad weary and hoping for a clean comfortable room. Staff greeted us at the door, took our luggage, the manager himself welcomed us and led us to a table to sit and enjoy a refreshing friut juice whilst offering as much information as we needed on the hotel...

I just stayed in Hanoi for 2 nights at the Oriental Suites Hotel and was very impressed! Great location with lots of shops and bars/restaurants close by in the old quarter. Very warm welcome on arrival with lovely drink and snack and helpful information given re how to cross the roads etc. Staff spoke excellent English and everyone was very...

Oriental Suites exceeded expectations. It is one of the few luxury hotels within Old Quarter, the most central district in Hanoi. I received free breakfast with my booking, which I did not expect would be included. The restaurant buffet was delicious, with both Western and Asian dishes. I am a vegetarian, and the hotel staff was able to accommodate. I...

As an hotelier myself, I was quite surprise at some extent at how good this hotel is in terms of customer service. We were there for birthday celebration and hotel arranged cake for us and room was perfectly decorated. Staff also arranged our airports transfers and also the Halong Bay tour. I forgot my phone on the bus and they...

Perfectly in the old quarter of Hanoi. The staff is very very friendly and always willing to help and to fullfill the guests needs. We can highly recommend this Hotel. We stayed 5d4n with a day trip to Halong Bay. Everything is reachable by foot or on very short notice with a Taxi.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old quarter. Tons of shops and restaurants all within walking distance. If you're here on Saturday or Sunday the weekend night market is literally right outside the front doors. Try and find places where the locals eat....may be a bit "rustic" or downright grungy at times but you will be rewarded...

We stayed @ Oriental Suites Hotel & Spa for 2nights, but it could have been much better if we had another couple of days to spend there. But with our schedule we had to leave in 2 days. It was a very comfortable stay & we felt at home amongst the friendly & efficient Hotel Team who cared about the customers...

This is my first TripAdvisor review, and I'm only doing it because the staff were so nice at this hotel. The location is great and amenities excellent. However, it was the staff that elevated the experience. They all seemed to know my name, and were helpful with any request. Highly recommended if you are staying in Hanoi.

We stayed 3 nights then 2 nights a week later. Staff are super friendly. The hotel is clean comfortable and modern and in a super position. This is a boutique hotel and we stayed in room 204 which is in the centre of the property. Breakfast is good and the only small complaint is the mini fridge in the room...

Greeted by friendly staff, with a cool flannel and welcoming drink. The room was clean, huge comfortable bed and stocked daily with fresh fruit. Breakfast eggs were cooked perfectly. We were treated to coffee whenever we had to wait for a taxi and just before we left the manager gave us a gift off 2 bags of local coffee each....
