We had 2 rooms booked here. Staff was nice, rooms were horrible. There were black hairs all over the pillows, the bathrooms were dirty, with toothpaste on the mirrors and counters, the drapes were filthy. We did not stay.

We stayed in the hotel for three nights in December. The staff in the front disk and the guys carrying the bags are really nice and helpful. They hotel offered tours to the tunnels with a company named "luxurious tours" which was really great. That is the only reason I rate this place with two stars. On our second night...

Not a nice place to be. Their business practices leave a lot to be desired. Greed seems to be the driving force here. Staff are helpful but the manager isn't. Rooms are mediocre at best. Rather book elsewhere.
