Whilst there is no denying that this hotel has a great location, unfortunately we had a pretty terrible time here. When we arrived we were given our key and headed up to the room, when a man (who we did not initially know to be a staff member) joined us in the lift, took the key and proceeded to immediately...

HCM is a bustling, vibrant city; so it was a relief to come back everyday to a quiet room (2nd floor, facing side alley). It was clean, although one shouldnt expect a great view from that angle. The staff were friendly (we had a faulty water kettle, immediately replaced!), and the doorman (chap who sits every evening downstairs) was helped...
