Busy season in Saigon, short notice business trip. Usual places full up. Looking for 2-3 stars. I went into this asylum and found....Over priced rooms, (I was quoted 1.5 million for 2 nights. pay in ADVANCE in FULL.) In Vietnam hotel keeps your passport, so I am not running away. I asked the people if they were so seriously underfunded...

This hostel is in a great location for the cities main attractions, bars and food outlets. The staff are friendly and knowledgable. The rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with a wardrobe and mirror. The street can be a bit noisy at night but if you have had a busy day exploring you'll probably fall straight to sleep anyway. Having stayed here for about a total of 4 weeks in the past two years, I had the worst experience possible today. They booked a flight for me with the wrong date and accepted responsibility. Then they try to sound nice by saying they will give me $60 towards the new flight.. Before paying, I realised they were charging $45...
