An honest review here. Hotel was so so. Staff was so so. Cleanliness acceptable. Room small. View non existent. Facilities poor. Price is considered cheap for the general hotel prices there. Location is the only plus point together with the price. Very near to benh tanh mkt. U can literally shop there and take the bags back to hotel n...

We were staying at another hotel but went for a massage. Really unprofessional - my therapist was massaging my head with one hand, texting with the other.. Both our therapists left the room at different intervals for a couple of minutes at a time. The brochure said gratuities were included in the price, however they cornered us and demanded tips...

Good spot for travellers on tight budget who still wish to be close to central districts. Stayed here for about a week, room was small and not entirely up to standard but still decent enough since we did not spend much time in the hotel room. Location was great, just a short walk from the opera house (worth checking opera...

Came there with my family for our 3- day- holiday. The location is great which is right in city centre and close to Ben Thanh market. But the hall and room were quite small. Basic facilities available. However, the services were great with friendly staff, basic buffet breakfast. It was such a memorable experience.

We did not feel expected on arrival and the hotel had to put in some changes in the rooms before we settled in. The room we got wasn't too big but being a budget hotel we were okay with it. The hotel is quite small, though we soon realized this is pretty common in Vietnam. When we finally settled, the...

I and my partner flew in on the 7 Febuary 16. We had booked a delux room for 1 week. The receptions decor was better than expected for a 3 star so promised more in terms of which room we would get. The receptionist needed a course in how to smile and speak to people as her demeaner was less...

No Service (no respond to our e-mails upfront) Unfriendly reception staff More than 10 Cockroaches in our room Noise from the elevator all night long For more than USD 50 per night you can get much better hotels in the same area in HCMC. I would not recommend to book here.

My family and I had a 3D2N stay in A&EM. The rooms are great and the wifi is very strong. However, we encountered very bad customer service during our stay. My family and I booked 4 normal rooms at least a month before our travel date. Upon arrival we were told that there were insufficient normal rooms and we were...

The room was very adequate. Better lighting in bathroom would be welcome and improved shower set up. Was great to find a computer in our room, which allowed us to advise family we had arrived safe and sound. We were very close to the Ben Thanh market and walking distance of several other interesting sites. A real experience crossing the...
