We stayed here a few months ago (sorry for such a late review!). The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful providing a map of Saigon and recommendations of places to visit. We had a minor issue with check-out due to reception staff not understanding our enquiry about a late check-out which put a bit of a downer on it...

- Room was clean. - Safe is available. - Hotel is within walking distance to Ben Thanh Market, the backpackers areas, Bui Vien and Pham Ngu Lao, but not to attractions Notre Dame and Saigon Opera House. Easy access to street food, and Starbucks is nearby. - The wifi was very slow, as our room was at the back. This...

Thanks very much for the review. We are glad you liked the convenient location of our hotel. Surprised to hear about the Wi-Fi, which is actually quite strong at the hotel regardless of where the room is located. Numerous guests like our simple freshly prepared set menu breakfast. Our staff speak reasonably good English, however, English is not their mother...

No regrets at all staying at this hotel. About 20 mins walk to Ben Thanh Market and food traders and restaurant nearby. Easy accessible. Staff and the owner of the hotel extremely helpful. I was having problem with my room AC on the first day, next day I got a bigger and comfortable room with working AC. Appreciate it. Simple...

Thanks for the review. We too are disappointed with the negative comments, however, they are noted for any rectification. We are encouraged by the numerous positive reviews we have on Tripadvisor and other OTA's such as Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia etc. Our staff and services are ranked very high on these reviews. We do remember these guests very well, for many...

Rooms rates were excellent, extremely clean, great AC and tub/showers with plenty of hot water and good pressure (an issue at many hotels in town). The also have an elevator (lift) which made life good after a long day of sightseeing!! Breakfast was basic Vietnamese but good quality & Pho was very tasty. Most importantly, Phillip and Uyen the husband...

Thanks very much for your review. We are delighted you enjoyed your stay at our hotel, with its facilities and services. We are not a new or large hotel, but provide "value for money" accommodation. Nice hotel located in the center of the city. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around, the Ben Thanh market is couple of blocks away. Monuments, museums, nightlife etc, are all within walking distance, making the place a good base to explore the city. The rooms are big, clean and comfy, mine had a window on the street. If you...
