Misunderstood that this might be a good place for a night before flying out but really not that close to airport. My mistake . It's actually a real nothing area - furniture stores. District 1 was much more vibrant. Check in was basic in the sense we had to ask re breakfast and wifi info. Told we had to pay...

My family and I stayed in Mai Anh hotel for one night before our flight home. The rooms are ok... I was happy staying there for one night, it wasn't dirty or uncomfortable but all the rooms smell like cigarette smoke. When we leave the room all the electricity turns off, so you can't charge your phone and the fridge...

Very affordable in its class. Homely and friendly. Close to shopping areas and parks. The staff are courteous, friendly, and accommodating. Although doesn't have a restaurant there good eateries in front and beside the hotel.

We only booked here as it was dirt cheap and we needed a clean bed to rest our heads for 6 hours before our next flight. I can only describe it as 'not dirty, but not clean'. Would have rather slept in the airport. No breakfast included even though it did say it was, there's no facilities. I asked for...

Simple hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. We arrived at the hotel before the check in time but they were happy for us to have our room. The room was small, but had everything that we needed. We had a window with a view of the street which was good for watching all of the hustle and bustle going...

I stayed at Mai Anh Hotel last year for 2 days when I was in Ho Chi Minh City. It was not a good hotel. The room was ok -- it was big with 2 beds, and each bed for 2 people, and the air-conditioning was good. However, the kettle was spoilt when we used it and my mother had...

Myself and my girlfriend stayed there for one night on the way to Phu Quoc island. Nice tidy rooms. Good air conditioning, it was very hot then. Good staff. You had to buy your breakfast, but it was a cheap room anyway.

This hotel offers all you need; friendly personnel, clean rooms with stable wifi and a very acceptable price. Mai Anh is located in a very favorable location in district 3 which gives you a good starting point to discover HCM. While outside of the touristy district 1, it's very central.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our first 3 nights in Vietnam. And it was really good value for us and convenient. In my opinion - a good place to stay when you are first getting used to Vietnam as a foreigner. It's a safe base to come back to. The area felt very safe! It's close to corner...
