The main downside of this hotel is the noise from the busy street in front. Even with everything shut the sound of the street vendor megaphones at 3am and the car horns was still a little loud. The staff though were the nicest and friendliest I have ever had the pleasure of being looked after by. Beaming smiles and being...

We had a wonderful experience at Cinnamon Saigon! Jenny and the staff took really care of us, and treated us like family. They were very helpful with directions, restaurant recommendations, and even basic lessons in Vietnamese pronunciation. The city was hot and deafening, but the rooms (we stayed in three different ones during successive stays) were cool, quiet and comfortable....

We stayed for 3 nights with the Cinnamon Hotel and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! The staff are super friendly and will help you with any information or bookings for tours. We would come in to our room everyday with our towels folded in to animal shapes and the breakfasts were great! Our room was facing the...

We were on our first trip to Ho Chi Minh City as a family of three (7 year-old boy) and were looking for a good, centrally located, but charming hotel. Our criteria were that simple. Central, inexpensive, comfortable and "local". We found it all at Cinnamon. Jenny and her staff could not have been more welcoming, and were attentive to...

Cinnamon hotel was a bit of an oasis in a manically busy city. From arrival to departure we were treated as part of the family and felt so much at home. Had a bit of a visa crisis and had to extend our stay for an extra night but glad to have been able to stay in at the Cinnamon....

Stayed here total 5 nights, small boutique style hotel, the staff are just so helpful, nothing is a problem and always with a smile. Walking distance of major tourist sights, backpacker street is also only a few minutes walk. I stayed in two different rooms, the quieter room being on the first floor at back, but then on return I...

I have been in Cinnamon Hotel for 6 days. The room with wooden floor and a huge bed was really beautiful and very clean. The hotel has a perfect location for the visit of the city, the breakfast was good (try their special ginger tea...) and the staff with Lucy and the other girls was great! An excellent place to...

I moved in to this hotel in the middle of the night after a bad experience elsewhere (at a fancier, bigger scale hotel). The staff were helpful, accommodating and friendly -- they even invited me to attend the wedding of one of a staff's relative. Clean room with a nice little balcony. Location is good, very close and within walking...

All staff extremely helpful making the stay very enjoyable. Comfortable hotel, great location close to restaurants and shopping. Consistent standards with their Hanoi hotel. We stayed in the room to the back that was quiet.

Fantastic little hotel, with the most friendly and helpful staff I encountered anywhere in my latest Vietnam trip. My room (105/Apricot) was spacious, with a huge bed, in-room safe, minibar, and view of Le Thi Rieng Street buzzing away below. You are within walking distance from all of D1's attractions, and more importantly, only 30 seconds walk from the best...
