We request a non-smokimg room, and booked a month before we came. However, when we arrived in 5 p.m. They told me the room is full and took us to another hotel and arrange smoking room for us with unclean bathroom! IT'S A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We are really angry and won't come again. This staying experience ruins the whole trip....

The hotel is okay. You really get what you pay for. The room is ok sized but service was decent. I stayed in January and again in November. In that time, the large spacious breakfast area room has been removed and the breakfast is now located at the end of the hallway in the lobby. Best thing about this hotel...

This hotel, part of a local 3 star hotel chain, is located just opposite the famous Ben Thanh market - the surrounding area is very busy and crowded especially in the evenings. Whilst you get the experience of a local atmosphere, it kind of gets to you (in the wrong way) as the streets gets very grimy and dirty. Furthermore,...

This is like any big city business hotel. The reception was not warm like the other places we stayed in in Vietnam. The rooms were very clean. Not a great mini bar with some beer, coke and juice. The fridge itself was not completely functional with the shelf on the door unusable. There was no over head shower. Only hand...

It was a boutique hotel well located next to BenThanh Market. Room decor and bathroom was pretty nice. TV was quite small and room size was small too. Breakfast was provided but choices are very limited. They gave 2 drink voucher and it was nice.

I booked this hotel on a main stream booking site, it has a good rating. On arrival I saw two rooms. Both literally had water dripping from the ceiling. Granted it was raining. The rooms and atmosphere were otherwise very unpleasant. I left, they refused a refund.

We stayed in the hotel in Phan Boi Chau for 2 nights and it was so so. Looking at photos on internet, I expect more! The location is nice, Ben thanh market is just in front. I don't think rooms face to the market will be a good idea, extremely noisy! My room was much smaller than any hotel rooms...

For 40 $ it is quite expensive, better to go to a typical vietnamese hotel. Of course the location is great but: - the breakfast is really poorly prepared with only 2 or 3 differents food proposed - the employees are not nice, they even refused that we borrow an umbrella when it was raining pretexting it is reserved for...

This hotel is situated in a very good location, just beside Benh Thanh Market, need a bite or need a tee during the day just walk down and grab it. The VIP room are good, though it cost slightly on the higher side for a 3 star hotel, but the bed are good, flooring are comfortable to walk on, there...
