I stayed at Sheraton Saigon for 4 nights in the first week of March, 20. The hotel exceeded my expectation in terms of product and services & the location was absolutely priceless. I stayed on 28th floor with city view and partial river view as well The room was of good size and well equipped with nice and comfy bed, large size smart TV with good variety of TV channels, USB ports for charging your devices. The room also come with complimentary tea/coffee station. Bathroom had bathtub as well as standing shower - All and all 5* room.
Service is not less than 5* too, I called housekeeping services few times and they were knocking the doors within 5 minutes. Same experience in Lobby cafe, efficient. The lobby and reception team was as friendly as they could be. They are always available to open doors, arranging cabs, assisting my with directions and ever smiling and greeting.
If you are on leisure trip, this hotel will serve you the best. Located in District 1, on walking distance to most of the main tourist spots i.e. Nguyen Hue Street, Opera House, Bitexco Tower, Central Post Office building, Notre Dame Cathedral and if you like bit of walking, The Independence Palace, Ben Thanh Market and War remnants museum id not too far too. So great location to save your time and taxi cost.
I will surely stay again :)

The service from arrival to departure are seamless in customer focus, added value, passion and a genuine interest in the customer. A great experience was at breakfast where we were keen to purchase specific items and the Restaurant Coordinator advised where to go and added to our experience with some additional suggestions for shopping and sightseeing whilst providing a great breakfast service. The evening meal service was equally amazing. My allergies were catered for well and the following evening the senior restaurant staff member recalled our requirements, drinks and suggested another option for dinner for variety. The Banquet Manager and wonderful chef also came over and suggested great options plus asked about our experience on the previous evening. A great buffet and a la carte offerings are offered with a genuine smile by all the staff - it sets the scene for a great experience! Cannot praise the staff enough for their genuine service and passion. A suite was provided with wonderful views and tasteful roomy interior decor. The location is close to the Opera House and is in walking distance to all the main attractions, markets and shopping. We love this hotel, the service surpasses all hotels we have stayed in and it is nice to feel ‘at home’ here! We would recommend this over any hotels in Ho Chi Min! Exceptional!

You really don't expect anything short of 'amazing' when you are booking your stay in any Sheraton property. On that front, Sheraton Saigon fits the bill perfectly. The location of the hotel in District 1is hands down the perfect location in Saigon (unless you want to travel 30 minutes everyday to see places), all the important sights are at most a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The property is both luxurious and spacious. The superior studio room we stayed in was pretty and very very comfortable, especially the views of Saigon city- all lit up and beautiful at night! But what makes Sheraton Saigon truly stand out are the staff managing it. They have the most friendly and genuinely interested people who actually care about all aspects of your comfort there. My friend and I were pampered from check-in to check-out, and everything in between. This was definitely my best hotel stay thus far.

We stayed at the Sheraton on New Year’s Eve in order to avoid heavy traffic going back home.
Everything about this hotel was excellent. We had a room that provided access to the club lounge. The middle afternoon snacks were varied and tasty
Breakfast was served in the Saigon Cafe buffet style. There was western, Japanese, Chinese and Indian dishes among others. The food selections were ample and satisfying.
Our room was large, clean and had a wonderfully nice bed.
All in all a pleasant stay.

It's not cheap but it's definitely worth it. The rooms are almost brand new and furnished with large smart tv(>49'') even in the entry level rooms. Bathrooms are not that big but have both bathtub and shower.
There are quite a few shared spaces where you can relax (bar, restaurant, lounge) or work (individual meeting rooms).
It's right in the city center so location wise you are where the best restaurants, bars and shops can be found.

Ho Chi Minh was out last stop of a 12 day trip in vietnam. We stayed at Sheraton for 4 nights - very centrally located, well trained & courteous staff and comfortable rooms. Buffet breakfast is a decent spread with some options for vegetarians. Although it’s more of a business hotel feel & limited dining options esp for vegetarians, more than made up by its location which is literally in the heart of the shopping district & near all tourist attractions. Great veg restaurants nearby. Everything walking distance which is a huge plus as you can enjoy the great weather & be mobile (peak hour traffic can be very messy). Tip : we opted for a taxi which can be booked in the arrival terminal itself for VND 250,000 which is very comfortable and more economical to the hotel pick up / drop

I stayed at Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towersbeginning December 2022.
My stay at the hotel was fabulous and far more than I expected. The hotel is well located and walking distance to the numerous attractions such as the Bitexco and shopping mall. The rooms are super clean and great view of the city. .The breakfast package buffet is worth the money, the food is excellent and lots to choose from. The staff working at this hotel has been wonderful to me. For example, when needed to have the room cleaned, it was done super fast or when I had questions about the city or others, they were always there to help you me out when needed. Of note, this young woman working at the reception desk, Phung Panda. Words are not enough to express my gratitude towards her. I was amazed at her professionalism which was outstanding. She was super kind to me and oh so patient with my numerous questions regarding my room bookings. In all my traveling around the world, she is by far the person who helped me the most. Her dedication in ensuring I was well taken care of was out of this world. Thanks so much Phung, you are the best. I will not hesitate a second to book this hotel again. To all at Sheraton, thank you so much for such a great stay. I will miss your smiles and kindess :)

I had a short stay here in Feb and it was exceptional. The check in was quick and smooth. My room was well maintained with cozy interior design, always feel relaxed when I came back from outside. Also the location is right in the center of the city, within walking distance from many restaurants and attractions. During my stay, I was always welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. Especially Ms Thy, who gave me excellent recommendation about spa and restaurants. Overall great experience and I definitely come back next time.

I would say this hotel just show me all the best from room organization, customer service, to staff enthusiasm and F&B as well. I am a long staying guest at the Sheraton in Saigon from early 2021 to the present. The hotel has undergone many trials and tribulations since the Covid-19 pandemic. Regardless of the circumstances, the housekeeping service of the rooms was by far better than any of the other international 5 star hotels in Vietnam that I have stayed in. The room is meticulously cleaned, the amenities available with adequate potable drinking water, consistent flow of hot water for baths and comfortable signature bed with crisp, clean linen. The Sheraton lounge is kept cosy all the time, with attentive staff serving the needs of the customers. Very motivating to see the service staff at the lounge striving to do better; learning to improve from feedback given and from insights. The concierge staff are hardworking, helpful and have attention to detail at work. The present General Manager is a hands-on individual who walks about the hotel to ensure the excellent standards are maintained. Indeed my stay has been a very pleasurable experience heretofore. I met Mr Lee in the Executive Lounge when I was staying there and he was just mingling with the guests. He is very personable and approachable.
Hi Gnocchi_Girl, please be kindly informed that our Club Lounge opens daily from 6.00 am to 11.00 pm. The breakfast at Club Lounge is served from 6.00am to 10.00am from Monday to Friday and to 10.30 am on Saturday and Sunday.

I am not sure, but don't be too stressed out, lots of people smoke in Vietnam. You'll see. As far as I know, you cannot smoke in the rooms of most of the more high-end hotels. E-Cigarettes are no problem :)
