We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a Trip A Deal package. Rooms were very large and comfortable. When arriving we had trouble with the air con and safe. These were quickly remedied. Bed is large and very comfortable. Bath/shower is adequate. Toiletries supplied are good. We found the breakfast buffet just adequate for the westerner, plenty of variety for easterners though. Some orange juice would be nice! Staff are friendly in the lobby but not so much in the breakfast room. Because of its location, we would definitely recommend this establishment.

Stayed here for 4 days as part of our Vietnam tour. An impressive Lobby but some of the hotel is a little old fashioned with lots of dark wood but perfectly adequate. I expected it is going through an upgrade as the main restaurant was closed. But we saw or heard no actual building works so no complaint. The bed was enormous and very comfortable and the room was big enough. The bathroom was small ish with just toilet basin, small bath and shower sprayer. It was perfectly useable and I have to remember that we are in a city where space is a premium. These is a mini fridge, safe, wardrobe, desk and 3 extra chairs. The breakfast was a nice mix of eastern & western and the restaurant was overlooking the square where locals come to chill. The location is perfect, very near to the main tourist sights, bars , markets , clubs and restaurants but far enough away to avoid any noise. The pool was inside not huge but a good place to cool off after a city day out and the spa area looked nice.

All in all I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Note there is some building work going on near by with the construction of a city skyway but my photo shows it is far enough away to not effect you.

As always in Vietnam the staff were so helpful.
Thank colinclement

You really can't beat the location for access to the water, the plaza outside the door (which at the weekend is full of families enjoying the outdoor) and the 'must visits' in Saigon. The hotel itself is a little tired but certainly functional and the rooms were clean and had everything you wanted in them. The dining room is a throwback to yesteryear and the breakfasts a slightly weird amalgam of East and West (Anyone for Cauliflower Cheese and Corn?) but the staff are willing enough. The hotel staff as a whole were pretty good and helpful. Value wise you also can't argue with the rates.
Thank DiverDanSydney

Great location, but that’s where it ends. The restaurant was appalling and the food was inedible- breakfast was barely edible. The rooms were ok but basic. The location however was amazing. Smack bang near restaurants, shops and opposite an open area where the locals seemed to gather in the evening.

As the doorman opens the hotel door you know it is a class hotel. Very nice rooms centrally located so easy to explore Ho Chi Mihn from. Close to the royal palace, city hall and the war remnant museum.

I do not know if the hotel’s kitchen is halal, but there is a halal restaurant across from the nearby temple within easy walking distance.
