4/5 points is in all parts not the true value of this hotel - especially compared to other properties in Saigon. First, most rooms are located to the inside of the hotel, which gives you a kind of prison feeling (really looks like Alcatraz). Then, the bathroom is very small, mold everywhere, furniture is very used up and the lights...

This hotel is worth considering and praises because of the welcome of the staff of the reception, very professional and pleasant, and the baggage handlers, who are particularly devoted to the clientele. Rooms are clean, ordered well and those " without any view " have a window giving onto a very vast particularly bright and quiet porch. The service of...

This is still my favourite Hotel in Saigon, great position, opposite the part, friendly staff with a fantastic breakfast. near the backpacker area which is good for travel deals and cheap beer !! The street behind is full of bars and great dining, plus day spas for the ladies.

Very nice hotel, sweet staff, and fine breakfast. There is a wellness-area with spa I think - but did not use it. There is also a fitness room. As it can be challenging to cross the street in HCMC, it is very Nice that the hotel has a man helping visitors to cross the street (he will literally stop the...

We had reserved a deluxe-room. All we got was a small, dark room without a proper window. The only window faced the central atrium, so we had no privacy at all. Room was clean, a bit dated and the air conditioner was really noisy. Breakfast was ok and the location of the hotel great. Would not stay there again. Olimme...

If you end up with a street side room good luck. Very noisy, most nights sound like someone's taking down a load of scaffolding! I write this while unable to sleep. Staff don't speak much English. Paid to check in early and walked into someone else's room taking a shower. They did apologise but I had to wait five hours...

Have stayed in Many hotels for this money, little more expensive than our normal level. Room is large and fresh , AC excellent, had a room at the rear traffic noise minimal. Get breakfast early to have better choice. Would stay again

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city - Though HCMC is nto a very big city - Right places to visit are close by like the BienTahn market and many other Vietnamese food places. Area where the hotel is located is also the area where the super spa places are close by
