Why? Because it's affordable and comfortable. It's like the hotels in Tokyo, Japan. Even tough sleeping in a capsule, you still be able to enjoy full of facilities like LCD TV, Air Conditioner, Electric Plug plus you got your own privacy in share room, what a brilliant idea. The toilet also clean and staff especially the receptionist and cleaner very...

I stayed for a night in the Female Capsule. Location:- Good! Kaiteki was near to the Ben Thanh Market, about 10mins walk away. Arriving in HCM on a week day morning, the hotel was approx. 30-45mins away via Uber. I quite like the location, because it's near to many attractions too. Service:- Very helpful staffs! I'm so apologetic that I...

My partner and I had booked this hotel for 3 nights and only lasted 1 before we found another hotel. We booked a private room for 2 and were very disappointed. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall; there was dust and cobwebs everywhere. The tipping point was when I took a shower and 2 minutes in, the water completely...

Clean and have many spacious bathroom. Its located in Pham Ngu Lao, backpacker area but yet its not noisy (far end). They really concern about the cleanliness by...

Excellent location, quiet hotel, clean and safe, with shared bathroom of a good standard. It is like a dorm (with increased privacy) however so expect some disturbance from other residents and the mattress was thin, so a very hard bed! Not so busy when I stayed and I payed an extra dollar for the business class bed - easier to...

Well actually the capsule is bigger than what I expected. Climbing up if u stay on the upper storey isnt hard at all and the locker is pretty big to accomodate my luggage. The big plus is that the staffs were friendly and helpful and there's one girl who has a really good command of English while most of vietnamese...
