Hotel rate is quite cheap, with simple coffee and toast breakfast thrown in. Location, hotel is not very easy to find as it is located in a back alley. But it is near to a lot of eateries and small shops that sell lots of cheap stuff. Money changers and tour centres are also close by. Room is clean with...

Good clean accommodation with large, well equipped rooms. located right in the backpacker area, there are a lot of bars, restaurant nearby. Staff are pretty good and friendly here. Overall, a value for money.

Another visit to the Lac Vien Hotel (our 4th). The staff are always friendly, the rooms clean. We generally stay in the VIP room but the airconditioning wasn't working so they put us in another room (305). It was pokey and barely had room for the suitcase and there wasn't even a kettle to make a coffee. We returned a...

Terrible treatment from manager. We were forced to pay 350000 dong for apparently "ruining" a bed sheet because of a small food stain, the size of a coin. After the manager yelled and was extremely rude to us, we even handwashed the stain to prove it could be cleaned. The manager then claimed we still had to pay, because the...

This hotel is located in the city center in a quiet area. The staff, very friendly. The room is small but clean and comfortable. Asian breakfast is served in an A/C room. The lift is modern and facilitates access to rooms.A good place to advise, I will come back surely.

Staff here were very helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious with enclosed showers. I tried the superior an VIP rooms and was happy enough with both. The included breakfast was fairly spartan and my wife (Vietnamese) was unable to eat the noodle soup while my egg could have bounced, it was so rubbery. Location is great right in the...

Reception was quick and efficient. No one running around to take your bag which suited me. Room had no window but that was fine as it meant less noise. Located on side street which had bars and restaurants. Got a use of a shower on the last day before I headed to the airport. Breakfast is minimal so you may...

We found lac Vien very good,Our rooms was airy, clean and pleasant with good bathroom. The staff very friendly and helpful.the hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the tourist district. The room prices were reasonable. We had a good nights sleep, since the street is quiet.Highly recommend for value accommodation.
