Good point: ① Good facilities and service ➁ Friendly staff ➂ Good location requirements ④ Clean and quiet room Bad point: Although there is no free mineral water bottle service, coffee and tea are offered free of charge (if asked, frequent staff have been asked). Also available at hotel. Location: There are many cafes and restaurants near the local system. It is 300 meters from Chang Tien Bridge so it's convenient when approaching the opposite shore and walking around the night market. It is more convenient to take a walk by renting a bicycle at the hotel to feel the atmosphere around the royal palace on the other side. The hotel is well-balanced with the factors that you can spend comfortably beyond the price of accommodation. The room is large and beautiful. The lighting in the room is bright as well. Everyone friendly and friendly staff is a big addition factor. There are many cafes and restaurants in the vicinity including the local system, and access is also excellent for sightseeing that is 300 meters from Chatian Bridge. There is no elevator, but the staff will support you as needed. The location of the quiet environment, the sound of the bells from the nearby church makes me feel like it.

This was one of the most overwhelmingly positive hotel experiences I had during my two weeks in Vietnam. The staff were very helpful attentive and gracious. The hotel has been recently updated, is clean and everything seemef to be in order but it still retains the character of an East Asian hotel. For example the windows open onto a bright but enclosed shaft (which actually held keep things cool and a little quieter). The memory foam mattress bed was more comfortable than the more extensive Hoi An Beach resort we stayed at a couple nights earlier. Upon arrival my girlfriend and I realized that our plans to fly out a few days later were complicated by the Hue Cultural Festival and the Vietnamese National Holiday. The lady working at the desk, after learning about our poor planning, immediately set to work finding us air fair while they prepared our room. She was very helpful and went way out of her way to see that our later plans were on order. There is always coffee and tea available to weary travelers in the lobby and the simple breakfast is well worth the two or three dollars in the morning.

I've stayed in Hue many times and always stay at the Sunny B (Binh Duong 1). It's not that I haven't tried others; I've stayed in quite a few. This hotel was rebuilt about three years ago and has retained much of the original...character, much of which is down to the staff who still work there. The rooms are spacious enough, it's situation makes it a quiet place to stay, breakfast is available in the room (less than two dollars extra, and ample for starting the day on), staff members are always friendly, price is extremely reasonable, location isn't too central ( by which I mean it's not a wall to wall tourist zone but still close to whatever you may need or want. All in all, excellent.

This hotel is great, it provides free pick up from the bus stop and you are welcomed with a free cup of tea or coffee. The staff are really nice and even upgraded us to a deluxe room for free. They've been really helpful with giving us directions and sorting out open bus ticket out too.

We got checked in early on arrival from the sleeper bus with a very friendly welcome along with free tea and coffee. We had made a mistake with our booking through Agoda by putting the wrong date of arrival, the hotel were incredibly helpful in arranging a refund for us. The double room we had was really clean with spacious room and bathroom with toiletries, balcony and good air con. Our towels were changed daily too. We were paying £8 a night, amazing value for money. There are good places to eat right by hotel, Family Home Restaurant and Thu’s Café along with street vendors at the end of the lane. It’s only a 10-15 minute walk from the busier streets. We ended up staying 5 nights instead of 1 we liked the hotel and location so much. We used them for our motorbike hire to do the drive to Hoi An, $25 for bike and our 2 backpacks to be dropped off, hassle free and our bags were dropped off 10 minutes after we called to let them know we had arrived. The staff were so friendly and helpful during our stay, thank you Sunny Team.
