The staff is not friendly and supported. My friend left her phone at the table in the lobby and the staff answered they were too busy to check. The wifi is terribly weak. The noise from karaoke upstairs and the club nearby damaged my nights.
Rooms were comfortable enough, clean bathroom, balcony overlooking street. Staff very reserved, we were not told anything about the hotel while checking in so had no idea about the pool on the 3rd floor which would have been very welcome. Restaurant and bar not open...More
Got in shower on second morning and realised that soap had not been restocked. Luckily there was body wash. Be warned every time you leave the room and take your key the electricity to the fridge cuts out. Good point is that it is close...More
