Overall the resort is fabulous and looks amazing. The pools are great and were not over crowded when we were there, always plenty of deck chairs available. We stayed in a garden room villa, very central to the whole resort. The private pool villas looked great.

We have just returned from the Anam. Three children, my husband and I. We had the most wonderful time. The staff were so attentive and kind. Our 3 bedroom villa with pool was spacious and the beds so comfortable and the food was delicious and varied. Our only suggestion would

The Anam felt like paradise. Having travelled throughout SE Asia for 2 weeks prior to our arrival, we appreciated the peace and quiet, the exceptional service, the amazing food and the pristine surrounds of this resort. Like other reviews, we travelled through Luxury Escapes

I thought so too, so much so that we took a picture of it so we could buy one! The one had in our room was a Posturepedic Plush Pillow Top Matress by Sealy. Not sure about the pillows!

There were 2 restaurants available when we were there, the 3rd was being refurbished. they all do evening meals. we thought a bottle of wine was a bit pricey so we just had a bottle of local beer with our meal. The local beer is around £3 a bottle (everything has 5% service charge and 10% VAT on top added to the bill) typical prices for an evening meal in the vietnamese restaurant were around £30/head and we had a 2 course meal in the Colonial al a carte restaurant which cost about £140 for the 4 of us. The saigon bar also has a Tapas menu for snacks etc Nha trang is about 40 minutes away by taxi and a typical fare is £16 each way. the shuttle bus times going were 9.30am, 10.30am, and 3.30pm.there was one returning at 11.30am as far as I can remember and the last bus back was 6.30pm which is obviously too early for an evening out.

I suppose you need to contact the Anam directly for this especially if you already booked another type of stay. If possible, the upgrade price will essentially depend on the availability of villas!
