Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
A new and beautiful hotel and residence located on the beach near the city of Nha Trang. I get the impression that there are a lot of people using the residence (especially Koreans?), but the lobby is large, the breakfast venue is large and the number of items is large, so there's no problem. Rather, the fact that there was a washing machine is also a high point when you consider the availability of dishes and refrigerators and the washing and drying of swimwear.
I used a one bedroom facing the sea, and it was a very satisfying stay in a room with a very open view of the ocean from the living room and bedroom.
The pool is moderately large, but it's very good because there are about 10 umbrella beach chairs dedicated to Citadines on the beach in front of the hotel, and staff are on hand to lend you towels. It may seem less parasol based on the size of the hotel, Since there are a lot of residences available, it may not actually be difficult to find a number (in fact, it was also possible to use it leisurely from Saturday to Sunday).
There are a few other prominent hotels along the beach, but Citadines, a foreign-owned, well-serviced and reasonably priced establishment, is pretty good at cospa.

We are staying at the beautiful Citadines Bayfront for the second time. This time for 41 nights in an Executive Ocean view one bedroom suite. Helen, the assistant manager was very helpful in making sure our stay here would be everything we were looking forward too. We arrived during the busy New Year week of celebration. We love the view and the size of the suite. It’s perfect for our long term stay. Having laundry in the suite is very convenient. The front desk staff are always very helpful and always smiling. The housecleaning staff are always very accommodating and do a great job. Tom takes care of all your beach needs and does a great job of that. One thing to note is that there is a limited number of beach chairs so it’s a good idea to get there early. There is no reserving chairs to keep it fair for all. The cardio gym and weight gym have excellent equipment that are all up to date and well maintained. The pool area is very beautiful but can get windy. There is a noisy beach nightclub that can unfortunately affect ALL hotels along the beach but nothing some earplugs don’t take care of. We would definitely recommend staying at the Citadenes Bayfront.

Overall, the hotel is really nice. The front desk staff are extremely friendly. We stayed in the studio executive, oceanfront room. Really nice room. The only issue with the room is that there is not enough drawers for your clothes. There are cupboards to hang some clothes and a few to stack your clothes in so we made do and it wouldn’t stop us from coming here again. The beach chair attendant, Tom, was very friendly, attentive and helped with moving the lounge chairs when needed.
We would definitely stay here again. Our friends stayed in the one bedroom executive room and for the price difference, we would probably upgrade to that room next time.
Some of the other hotels do not have beach umbrellas or lounge chairs. Something to keep in mind.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The hotel needs significant improvements in both service and facilities.
Cleanliness and Service Issues: While having breakfast, water suddenly dripped badly from the ceiling onto my shoulder. I immediately called for staff, but the response was very slow. Shockingly, I didn’t receive any acknowledgment or apology from the restaurant staff or management. This lack of professionalism and poor maintenance is unacceptable.
Facilities and Room Condition: The elevator was constantly wet from guests returning from the beach or pool, with no regular cleaning. My room was small, the equipment outdated, and the door was difficult to open or close due to poor maintenance. The gym, while spacious, had worn-out equipment, missing handles, torn yoga mats, and a dirty floor.
Conclusion: The hotel needs serious improvements in service, especially staff training, and urgent maintenance of its facilities. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The best Hotel/Residence in Nha Trang. Located in the center of Nha Trang tourist area with an absolute fantastic seaview/seafront balcony. The hotel is well maintained, quiet, safe and the staffs are very friendly. The service is exceptional. On locations there is a seafood buffet restaurant which also serve breakfast buffet for hotel guest or resident, and a Highland coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. The infinity pool is stunning, and gym is also great. I live there for over 1 year and half and I was a returning customer from few years ago. If you want the best location, the best seaview/seafront don't hesitate to choose Citadines Bayfront, this is the ultimate place to experience Nha Trang without any doubt. 5 stars!

Great Hotel, great staff great location, great weather, great facilities what more can you ask of a hotel ? The staff are incredible here, vey polite, friendly and attentive. The hotel manager, Dolf has really been an incredible addition to the hotel. He goes the extra mile for his guests. As a South African we love our cured meat, I mentioned this to Dolf, it turns out he used to be a butcher. He asked me to get some meat from the supermarket and 5 days later he made me the most delicious biltong (South African delicacy similar to beef jerkee only a lot nicer) . Well done to all the staff who made my stay a very special one !! Well done Dolf for making the resort look amazing, those little touches don't go unnoticed. The reception area and garages since I arrived have all been improved and upgraded tremendously. Citadines are lucky to have such a professional and friendly GM. My House Keeping ladies were incredible, thank you ladies. Reception staff were always on the ball over the Covid period, keeping me updated with all the latest news. My gym manager was fantastic making sure the machines were always kept clean and sanitized. Incredible Gym Pool and Yoga facilities. Best views in Nha Trang. Thank you and well done Citadines for making my stay one to remember for all the right reasons !! I will be back.

I recently stayed at Citadines Bayfront Nha Trang and was absolutely delighted! The room was clean and cozy, with an excellent location and a stunning sea view. The daily cleaning and towel changes were top-notch, adding to the comfort of my stay. This is the best hotel in Nha Trang and the best hotel we've ever stayed at! 😭💔😍 In the winter of 2024, we stayed here for two months, and we loved it so much! Not only the hotel itself but also the kindest and most attentive staff, from the reception to the wonderful doormen at the entrance.
First of all, the apartments — perfectly clean, beautifully designed, and so cozy. Secondly, the relaxation area, the pool, three gyms, a kids’ area, a billiards room, and even the reception area — everything is stunningly beautiful! 💔😍
We enjoyed the service so much that in November 2024, we came back again for another three months. That means we’ll spend almost five months of the year in this amazing place, which I can now truly call home.
I’d like to give special thanks to Linh, the best mint member of all. She helped us with everything we needed and always brightened our days. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m so happy here! Thank you so much! ❤️🤌🏻

We staid 3 nights in this hotel during the Lunar New Year, and we had a great stay here.
The view from the room is great, direct to the ocean. We could enjoy reading or a coffee on the balcony with the blue horizon.
Our room was very big, comfortable, with a nice bathroom as well. The cleaning could be optimized and most important some of the furnitures are now old and overused, they should repare or change it.
Lot of choice for the breakfast, very nice buffet with good quality.
The team has been very nice during all our stay, and have upgraded us in a massive suite as we were also celebrating a birthday.

We recently stayed in this beautiful hotel for 3 nights in Room 1507. Amazing ocean view from the room. Very central location. Good amenities in the room. Swimming pool was clean and big. Buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing. Lots of varieties to choose from. All the staff members were very helpful and provided us with top notch service. They have little mart on the ground floor which has pretty much everything and I found relatively cheaper than big mart right outside. All in all we had a fantastic and a very memorable stay. Добрый день! Не курим, поэтому за балкон не доплачивала. Номер дали с видом на море и Винперл. Но в одном из отзывов по этому отелю выбор номера с балконом был по этой причине. Доплата за балкон будет в 1.5 раза меньше сразу при покупке путевки. На ресепшен при уточнении суммы озвучили 200 долларов за 12 ночей.
