Great staff always there to help , good breakfast and excellent location .The rooms are good size and cleaned everyday.Really not much to fault except major construction going on in the area affecting about a dozen hotels so was very noisy during the day.

Stayed here 27th January and was greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The first breakfast Was great loved the springrolls, rice noodles and fried rice. Our room was good - decent size, quiet and all necessities.
Only faults;
The breakfast on 2nd day (I think perhaps different chef?) all the food had changed - replaced with macaroni, Frankfurt sausages, plain cabbage and deep fried things. All were horrible. Not even bacon. So I was quite annoyed there was nothing tasty as breaky is a big thing for me.
Also partner wants a gym - when it said excersize facilities On website he was very keen, then was quickly disappointed As is very small with no weights.
Overall was a good stay - the staff are very friendly and good English and helped us out with a good mud bath facility! :-)

The customer service was great, there was 1 particular person who was working hard and always answered my questions with a lot of confidence which reassured me that this hotel was a good choice. My friends and I loved the food, the location was great didn't need to walk that much to get to the beach.

I travelled to Nha Trang in July. and stayed at this hotel. it's very clean the customer service is very excellent they know english fluently. and the price is reasonable. I came here with my friends and we all loved it so much. their restaurant also had good food. everything here is really good. I will be back here the next time I come.

A 2* at the most. Very grubby, especially the reception. Admittedly there is construction work going opposite (10m away!) but the hotel kept their doors open so letting all the dust settle, I saw no one cleaning.
Give them their due I did complain about the noise at the front & was moved so that was OK.
Drink stains on the wall, no attempt to thoroughly clean.
Breakfast was like a cattle market.

This hotel was the most expensive and worst experienced in 3 brilliant weeks in Vietnam. Check-in was very bad and incorrect room provided at first. Staff very unfriendly and wanted to keep passport or a deposit. Room quality very poor and small. Breakfast was disgusting (selection poor and most was cold). Not worth the money and over rated.

I wouldn't expect a 3 star hotel to have amazing customer service but this hotel surprised me. Not only the customer service they have is beyond amazing, they are always helpful and cheerful.What i like about this hotel is no matter what time of the day they are always greeting, they always smile. I will definitely come back.

I first stayed here in March 2013 & now again in October 2014. This is a great hotel that is in a nice side street that does not get all the noise of the main street. I will be back to Nha Trang some time next year & I can tell you where I'll be staying. It's really that simple.

DO NOT GO HERE! BED BUGS!! Checked in then checked out right away!!! The room was small, way to expensive we paid 80usd ! You can find way better for a better price too! Plus hotel has construction right in front! Also not to mention entrance is in a back alley.... again did I mention? BED BUGS!
