They were very friendly and helped us without any inconvenience. They even stored our luggage before check-in. I was able to check in comfortably as soon as I went to the hotel front desk. We booked for two days, but we booked different rooms for each day, so they were very kind when we asked them to combine the rooms into one. From the customer's perspective, we helped them upgrade their room to a better condition at a cost-effective price. It hasn't been a day yet, but I think I'll be able to stay there very well.

Hello, dear travellers! Sharing my impressions of the Best Western Premier Hotel Havana Nyatrang, that's my personal perception!
The hotel's great advantage is its location relative to everything, the city centre, the shopping aisles, and the presence of an underground passage to the beach (given the busy traffic on the central highway) makes it a jewel!
Since reception, we've been met by friendly staff explaining every detail in detail! The attitude of employees and staff towards customers is high!
All employees are very polite, smiley, ready to always come to your aid, listening to you carefully and patiently!
On the first day we were approached by a Russian-speaking hotel employee named Lisa, who throughout our holiday was in touch and always responded promptly to the remark and requests - this is very IMPORTANT! The first room unfortunately didn't have air conditioning and Lisa offered us another room on the 41st floor in the VIP area where it was quiet and comfortable, THANK YOU very much! It was my wife's birthday and they brought us a gorgeous CAKE!!!
The food is mainly Asian-oriented... but thanks to Lisa who passed my request on to the hotel, my wife and I went to a meeting and designed a special menu for us, which was very nice and respectful! It should be noted that the restaurant is very noisy from tourists from certain countries, but also in this we met, on the third floor of the restaurant there is a private quiet room where classical music plays, for us served dishes!!! It's a nice hotel close to the beach and main streets. The staff are also very friendly. The main beach right in front is very attractive. A very large hotel in the very center of the city. The hotel has a lot of interesting things: the highest observation deck in the city (44th floor), swimming pool, SPA, several restaurants, casino. It turns out to be quite a varied holiday. We rested in this hotel with my husband and two children. We stayed in a large room with panoramic windows and sea views. (Junior suite). There is a very large bed, there is a hallway, and there is a direct view of the sea from the bathtub. The room has everything for a comfortable stay: TV, refrigerator, safe, tea set, toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and towels. Breakfast is very varied and delicious. We also went to the restaurant for dinner, really liked it, good service and delicious food.
The hotel has its own beach, sun loungers, umbrellas and towels are provided. There is also an underground passage to the beach, which is very convenient!

I felt good because the young male counter staff was quick, spoke good English, and was very friendly. Due to schedule, I had no choice but to come 2 hours early, and they helped me check in early. The hotel lobby is spacious, clean, and well-organized. As soon as I walked in, it smelled good and I felt good. Also, there is a beach right in front of the hotel, so it has a great view of the sea, and you can go straight to the sea to go swimming, which is the best in many ways. The hotel is in a central location with nice modern facilities and one of the best family rooms I have ever stayed in all for a very competitive price.
There is a basic pool on site, but not one that keeps the kids entertained for too long. There is a convenient tunnel from the hotel to the beach with a private and well kept beach section.
There is a rooftop bar on site, but there is an extra fee to use this which was disappointing.
Breakfast was average with similar items every day. But there are number of food options nearby.

We booked this hotel literally the day before our stay as we unexpectedly decided to visit Nha Trang.
The room was large, clean and comfortable, but the main feature was the amazing view from the floor length windows down the coast of Nha Trang and over to Vinworld island.
The breakfast was buffet style with every taste catered for and the lunches we are in the hotel’s first floor restaurant were perfectly acceptable and good value for a hotel, although nothing out of the ordinary.
The pool also had good views over the sea and coast, but unfortunately the water was very cold due to it not getting any sun, also there is very little space for sun beds around the pool in the sun - the majority of beds are under cover which seems strange. We did use the sunbeds on the beach which are free but we were pestered with hawkers trying to sell all sorts of things constantly which did not really make for a relaxing time.
The hotel is in a very central position, fairly close to bars and restaurants, it was only around 30,000 VND for a Grab to the main part of town.
The only downside of the hotel to us was there was no bar which we thought was surprising for such a large hotel - it would have been nice to come back in the evening and have a nightcap.
It is probably unlikely that we will return to Nha Trang, but if we did we would stay here again.
