I did a ton of research before booking the Sunrise Nha Trang Beach Hotel, and I'm glad I did! Everything about the hotel was amazing! I got a great deal on a beautiful room with a sea view, and when I cracked the sliding door, I could even hear the waves at night. Some of the other hotels I researched had complaints about noise at night or rooms smelling like smoke, but this one was clean and quiet, and I slept like a log. In addition, between the large pool and private area on the beach, there were plenty of options to relax and enjoy the water. Also, the breakfast buffet was big and the food was delicious! Finally, the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. If you want to save yourself time when looking for a hotel, just book this one! I don't think you will be disappointed.

I emailed back and forth lot before we even travelled to Vietnam, arranging things that i would like them to be arranged. Very helpful people answering to all of my questions, and we were looking forward to staying here. We were greeted by the hotel driver upon arrival at Cam Ranh airport (45 minute drive) and we were given a room on the 6th floor with excellent views; the only downfall was that it had a bath tub instead of a shower. But when we went down to walk around in the city, we were halted and told that they forgot oiur shower preference and that tomorrow we could get another room. No effort was too much. The font desk lady was VERY attentive and did all she could to please us. The pool is lovely, the beach chairs (you need to reserve them!) were well arranged. Breakfast was across from the reception area in a streetside classical building which gave it a nice atmosphere. Lots of choices for your breakfast, so our stay was , all things considered, memorable. Thank you all @ Sunride for making our stay a wonderful one.

We booked the room on the fly the same day we needed it. And on the phone we were shocked by the diversity of prices that were offered to us based on the hypothetical sea views that were listed to us. Me and my wife opted for a room facing the sea - a simple whim -, accepting the highest price offered, which was really very expensive considering that we were in Vietnam. For my children we booked a normal room, the cheapest of those offered, because according to what we were told, its location faced the rear façade. Final result: I and my wife ended up in a room on the third floor with very poor views of the seafront and my children enjoyed a room on a high floor, on a side façade, with excellent views much better than ours. . So much waste of time and so many economic supplements introduced into the prices to end up teasing you with the sole intention of extracting a few unjustifiable extra dollars from you?
Regarding the hotel and its services, it should be noted that its rooms are correct, although its air conditioning is not up to par. Their breakfast deserves the best of marks (we also had dinner inside the hotel, and the experience was also correct). The staff, in general, friendly. Although it gave the feeling that they treated you as if you were a "dollar with legs" that they had to milk - without seeming to - in a slow and intelligent manner.

First impressions upon arrival were promising. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and having read the reviews we were really looking forward to staying here. We initially were given a nice room on the 1st floor where I turned on the air conditioning around 2pm as the room was really hot and stuffy. Having returned to the room at 5 the temp was still extremely hot so I called reception and asked for someone to look at it. Maintenance were sent up and they looked at it and said it was snow fixed. A few hours later it was till the same so I called again and said we couldn’t sleep in the room as it was exceptionally hot. They then showed us 2 other rooms that were equally stuffy and hot and the air conditioning was not working properly. The coolest place in the hotel was the reception area. After declining both rooms I was asked to go to reception where they basically asked my wife and I to leave the hotel. I was more than happy to do that although this was not after 8pm. The receptionist that I dealt with (NHU) was exceptionally rude to me and dismissive of my legitimate complaint regarding the AC not working. She also then had a good laugh (out loud) with her co-worker whilst I struggled to find another hotel. Thankfully we moved to the 5* Melia which was exceptional. I would avoid this hotel at all costs despite the reviews it receives. The pool area is old tired and crumbling.
Overall this was our single worst hotel experience ever and if you are considering booking here I’d look at the other amazing 5* branded hotels in Nha Trang (Sheraton, Melia etc).

As you know, we decorated the room to welcome you on your anniversary. Then you weren’t happy with the temperature, suggested to move and get the refund. We asked you to be showed 2 other higher category rooms to hope meeting your expectation. Even the temperature reached 15 degree, you were still not happy. Our staffs tried to make you happy, followed your request and were flexible to solve your booking. Finally, due to not meet your satisfactory, you asked for canceling the booking to move to Sheraton hotel. But after that, you requested to stay 1 night due to being late. However, your booking via 2 partners (Booking.com and Agoda) is non-refundable, so if you continue to stay, we can’t get refund for your whole booking. Anyway, we are sorry for not meeting your expectation. We hope you to know that we all want to make you happy as you chose Sunrise for your vacation. The experience was very good. Our stay in nha trang was very short. We arrived at 9:30 am and we left the next day at 6am so the hotel allowed us to enjoy on our arrival. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They helped us a vietiam airlines to change flight and booked us an affordable taxi to airport (50 min away from the hotel). They probably us even a 5% off coupon for irestort mudding bath spa. I would recommend this hotel.

Wow amazing room looking out to the beach just beautiful with great utilities in the hotel.
Bit shocked to see reviews that ppl were given free upgrades as we were asked to pay extra just to check in earlier 🙄 Most hotels we go to offer this for free
I wouldn't say a 5 star hotel until they fix their disgusting cocktails, we tried 6 ad they really don't know how to make them and the cleaning standard to the room is not great for a 5 star hotel. Our shower still had other ppls hair mould and grubby marks to the wall.

The room was very large and comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were beautiful. The swimming pool is 1.8 meters long, so it was a bit dangerous for the children, but there is also a lifeguard on hand so you can rest assured. I rented a life jacket and had a relaxing time. It was a clean, stately hotel with a lovely atmosphere. The ocean view from the room was beautiful. We could use the hotel's beach chairs on the beach in front of the hotel. (To get to the beach, you have to walk a little and there is a crosswalk from there, from which you can cross to the beach side.) The breakfast buffet was also delicious. I liked the chicken pho here the best. There was no shop in the hotel, but there was a Lotte Mart within walking distance, where we bought water and souvenirs to give away.

Our family had 3 nights at Sunrise Nha Trang. Very lovely place to stay. We got warm welcome from Bellman who took great care of our luggage, Ms. Nhu, Ha front office are so helpful during our stay. There is a restaurant called Imperial that will always remind me how wonderful this place is. Thank you Mr. Hung , leader of Food & Beverage for warm welcome during breakfast time. Ms. Anh the server is also lovely. Food is great, basic and delicious. I will come back again shortly with the whole of my family members to share a memorable and precious time that we have left together. I appreciate the extraordinary service and benefit that I achieve from it.
I will regret it if I do not say thank you to Housekeeping team, the gentleman who always were there to help us pass the road to reach the beautiful beach (my apology for not knowing your name), we feel great care and protected, also all staff from the front desk to the back door.
