!Had a week there - great hotel. Totally worth paying for a Club Room - amazing breakfast that goes for hours on Level 1 - so much choice you could almost have brunch. They even let you have a take away coffee to have back in your room or out by the pool. An amazing breakfast spread! (My only comment was - no teaspoons on the table to stir sugar into your hot drinks!) We paid for a Club Room and had fabulous cocktails every night (plus beer, wine and sparkling are on offer); and the chef took pride in making wonderful canapes and some of the food was so ample we did not even need dinner. Cocktails and canapes went from 5.30pm - 7.30pm - would have likedit to go from 6pm - 8pm but it was no big deal. The staff in the Club Lounge remembered our names and were delightful- always remembered our drinks preferences and on our last night arranged for us to have our favourite meal (Chiken RIce) that wasmade especially for us) - they were a lovely team of people. I would highly recommend opting for a Club Room as the inclusions make it worth it (food, drinks and bigger room). The pool staff were great as well and the pool snacks were very reasonably priced for a 5 start hotel. Free beer is offered at 2pm if people would like it. The pool area was really nice and the staff there ( especially Mr Dat) were lovely and looked after everyone. The gym at the hotel was one of the best gyms I have ever used in an hotel- spotless and with loads of great equipment. There is an Intercontinetal beach club opposite the hotel (tiweks and beach lounges) and if you are not comfortable crossing the road on your own (traffic can be constant and full on) there is someone who will help you cross the street! My only warning to people staying is that the beach is a hive of activity from 5.30am and loud music can be played (think aerobics on the beach or other activities) so that may wake you if you have a beach front room . I sent an email to the manager - Mr Paul- towards the end of our stay to say how lovely the staff were and to highlight some people and he responded very quickly and apologised for being away and sent someone to say good bye to us on his behalf. Location is great in down town Nha Trang.
I would definitely stay here again.

This would have to be one of the best hotel stays we have enjoyed. Our group of four adults stayed for five days and were impressed throughout our stay. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms and views are great, and the food is delicious. The Executive Lounge was a real treat, well-delivered by a fantastic team who were so welcoming! This is my favourite place to stay in Vietnam! The hotel itself is in the perfect location overlooking the beach and close to nearby shops, excellent restaurants and bars. With lounge chairs on the beach for hotel guests and a modern and comfortable pool on the 2nd floor with a bar to enjoy drinks we enjoyed the gorgeous weather for our time in Nha Trang. At check in we were escorted to the 18th floor Club Lounge and met with Nguyen who checked us in. We received an upgrade to a suite on the 10th floor which was a lovely surprise to reward us for our loyalty and Diamond Elite status. Our suite was immaculate and had a comfortable sitting area, one full bathroom and an additional toilet. Housekeeping were a very pleasant and efficient team who made an excellent job of keeping our room clean and changed towels and replaced water twice a day if required. We used the Club Lounge throughout our stay for breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails and canapés. Nguyen and her team were so warm and friendly whilst always ensuring that we had everything we needed. As we both wanted to learn some Vietnamese, many of her team made a special effort to speak to us in Vietnamese and teach us some basic phrases. We had some very nice chats with Nga and Trinh who both went out of their way to see us. Unfortunately we had a period of illness, however Nguyen’s colleague (sorry I cannot remember her name!) made sure my partner had congee to ease his stomach and ensured one of the team brought it up to the room. They were all so helpful with our special food requests and the food was always delicious! We also enjoyed the larger buffet breakfast downstairs on the first floor rather than the Club Lounge. Nga at the front of the restaurant always remembered us and greeted so so warmly when we practiced our greetings in Vietnamese. The lovely Thảo ensured we had our special requests at the restaurant and made sure we didn’t miss any of the Lunar New year festivities like the Lion Dance, calligraphy and traditional Vietnamese music! There is a great gym and sauna that we used during our stay and the young gentleman kept all the machines cleaned for us in between uses. All of our interactions with the staff at Nha Trang Intercontinental were notably warm and friendly from the wonderful welcome we received on the first floor when we checked in with the efficient bellhop and door greeters as well as the chatty and helpful door staff on the ground floor who we enjoyed practicing our Vietnamese greetings each day. Thank you for making our stay very special! We loved meeting all of the staff and spending time with you. You made a hotel feel like home!

This hotel never fails to deliver quality service and facilities, with staff who genuinely care about their guest’s needs. Having now stayed here numerous times, we were again amazed with the staff’s attention to detail in making our stay memorable and completely relaxed. The hotel is truly five star and deserves all the accolades that it has achieved. It is always impeccably clean and stylishly decorated throughout giving guests numerous areas to relax, eat, meet or do business. Dining is excellent with a breakfast buffet that caters to any and all tastes and should satisfy even the fussiest of eaters. We chose a room with Club Lounge access, which gives the option of a quieter breakfast, away from the bustling and vibrant Cook Book restaurant. While the selection of food is not as wide in the lounge, staff will try to cater to your likes. The lounge is run by a very capable team lead by Ms Nguyen, who is supported by Ms’ Han, Nga, Nhung, Nha, LeGiang, TraGiang, Anh, Lam, Trinh and Mr Phu.
We would also like acknowledge Ms’ Thao and Thanh in Cook Book restaurant, who really looked after us so well on the days we chose to have breakfast there. We mention them all, as each of them went above and beyond to make our stay a time to remember. It truly is the staff of the InterContinental Nha Trang that give it its well deserved five star rating. Under the management of new General Manager, Mr Paul Tsuji, it continues to deliver the exceptional service, for which it has become known for.
The hotel is ideally located in Nha Trang, close to shopping outlets and across the road from the beach. So our advice is to get a room with a beach view and spoil yourself with Club Lounge access too. You won’t regret being looked after by the amazing staff in there. If you are staying longer, take time to engage with the staff, in all areas of the hotel, they are truly interested in you and want to ensure you have an amazing stay.

Intercontinental Nha Trang stood out as towering example of excellence in hospitality.
Right from the Check in profess which was seamlessly executed Ms Hoan Nguyen and Ms Nhung the guest relations executives kept checking on us making sure that we had a good experience the entire course of our stay there.
We stayed in the panoramic view suites which I’d highly recommend to anyone. These are well appointed suites with almost a 360 degree view of the beach ahead. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortably quiet. It had three balconies that offered a spectacular view of the beach, the ocean and the city strip. The room was divided into a work/living area and a bedroom which was really nice and it had a large bathroom with a spacious standing shower and tub. It also had a second bathroom which was more of a powder room.
The housekeeping was on top of their game. Every time we stepped out and back it felt like we just checked back into the hotel.
The mattress was comfortable but a bit more on the firmer side to what I’d normally prefer. The pillows were really plush and comfy. Had three comfortable nights of sleep.
One of the strength of this hotel is its location, it’s located right in the heart of all the action in Nha Trang. Not only does it offer spectacular interrupted view of the beach, the ocean and the city strip but it is also accessible to all major restaurants, night markets, shopping center, cafes, spas and bars on town. Some of the highest rated establishments were all a 5-10 mins walk from this hotel.
Food: There were two buffet options for breakfast one was in the ground floor and had a larger spread the other one was on the 18th floor for those with club access. The club access also provided high tea/happy hours etc. it was quiet with a beautiful view of the ocean but had a set/limited menu. I think that this property could consider providing a bit of a wider breakfast selection that would include more continental and international spread. The food served at breakfast was predominantly Asian (it was tasty so no complaints here).
The hotel is about a 45 minute taxi ride from Cam Rahn Airport and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Nha Trang.
We will def be back.

Our company organized an event at InterContinental Nha Trang and we had a wonderful experience here on the night of April 23, 2024 (2 Classic City View twin beds for 4 people). We were surprised when we arrived to check-in, the receptionist Huy naturally called us by name even though we did not announce our arrival time and Huy did the check-in procedure very quickly and professionally. Next, we were informed by Huy that our room was upgraded to Classic Ocean View for free. It was wonderful with room 502 facing the sea with gentle sun and wind that I stayed in. The bathroom is spacious and designed with two sliding doors on both sides, closing a 90-degree angle that looks strange and interesting. All amenities in the bathroom such as bath oil, shampoo, hand sanitizer... have a light and relaxing scent. The only thing is that the water spray in the toilet is too strong and I hope the free plastic water bottles in the room will be replaced with glass bottles in the near future.
The breakfast dishes at Cookbook restaurant on the first floor are also very diverse with many local food dishes of local flavor. I really like pumpkin soup and spring rolls. The only thing is that the fish sauce used to dip the pho rolls is too salty, you need to adjust the saltiness to be fine. Restaurant staff are very attentive and provide detailed instructions.

We truly enjoyed our 3 night stay in the Ocean view room right across the Tran Phu Beach! The room is spacious, clean, with a big balcony with unobstructed view of the beach.
We opted for the included dinner as we got a bit tired after 4+ weeks of looking for places to eat out every night, and we were pleasantly surprised! The included dinners are set menu offering Vietnam or Western options, each of each includes a few choices of soups, appetizers, main dishes and deserts, a very good value!
Staff offer the most attentive service, at a level which is exemplary even for hotels of this class. We are especially grateful to the gentlemen at the door (sorry we didn't get their names as we were leaving in a hurry) for helping us call our driver when he was late for picking us up to the airport.

We spent 8 nights at the intercontinental nha Trang. It’s our third time in this hotel in the last 10 years. I cannot imagine going to Nha Trang and stay somewhere else than the intercontinental. The spirit of the hotel has not changed. You are warmly welcomed by the staff at your arrival in a peaceful environment with a delightful scent wandering around the hall. The colors are perfectly chosen to make you feel relaxed. Rooms are spacious and confortable, I do like the bathroom. Breakfast offers large range of cuisines from local to western. The club has a nice view over Nha Trang beach with branded coconut. The best of this hotel and most of the intercontinentals in Vietnam relies on the staff, they are so kind and make you feel in peace. Special mention to Uyen at the reception and I think Na (with the glasses) at the club lounge who were so nice and helpful. Clearly the hotel deserves its 5 stars awards. While I did enjoy my stay in the intercontinental despite the bad weather… there were also downsides that definitely would not challenge the 5 stars it owes but could be improvred or you should be aware of. First was the guests, for some reasons in December there are a lot of Koreans, some of them for me (sorry in advance for the strong words) but do not know how to behave, they were very loud. The high tea was disappointing and I would definitely not recommend, you will be offered a one beverage and a quick course of salty and sweet treats which definitely lack flavors and history, I would have offers something more tradition with a story of Vietnam especially knowing it’s a big tea producer. The hotel lacks activities and the conciergerie service was quite disappointing, they were not able to post my postcards even though they were stamped, it’s the first time in a hotel I stayed they do not take the postcards… and every time we asked for activities it was just info so you can book yourself. It was a little disappointing when other 5stars tend to take care of everything as long as you are fine with the price. The hotel is located in let’s say the beach downtown face to the wind, while it’s nice to be able to have a stroll in the city, you will easily face strong tides when the weather is bad contrary to vinpearl. All in all, I would still strongly recommend the intercontinental Nha Trang if you plan to go there, though if you are hesitating between Da Nang and Nha Trang, I would definitely choose the Intercontinental Sun Peninsula of DaNang. Hope you’ll enjoy your stay. PS: when you arrive at Cam Ranh Airport, the transfer by taxi is a fixed fare at 340 000 vnd, try not to get conned, we paid 700 000vnd 😂

The hotel is in a great location opposite the beach, walking distance to cafes, restaurants and bars. The rooms are modern, very clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious. We booked the ocean view king suite, highly recommended. The pool area is nice and relaxing. It would be good if they played some music in this area to add some atmosphere. They also need to turn the air conditioning on in the room before the guests arrive as the room was very hot when we arrived. Check in was a little clunky, they need to be more organised. Otherwise all good.

Yes, there is. If you have young children, try the family room where they have a double decker bed housed in a room and the parents are able to sleep in another room. Much like a two bedroom without sitting area. Relatively spacious and comfortable. They offered two free bears as well!
There are more places to choose from in the Nha Trang area.
