This could have been a 5-star hotel, if it was not for the lack of some basic services, travellers can expect from a hotel ranking itself as five star. 1. When we arrived in the double room, there was missing a towel and toilet paper. We called the front desk to have it fixed and shortly after a lady from...

The location of the hotel is indeed excellent, the room was big and clean. However, there was no single bottle of water neither in the room nor in the mini-bar (this was completely empty), and arriving late in the evening, the traveller shouls still go to the bar or restaraunt of the hotel (both were closed on my arrival time,...

At first we could not find the Hotel, although we passed it several times. Finally we called the hotel and they kindly came and guide us to the hotel. "Find the McDonald's at the fountain's square, go to the short alley next to it, turn to the right about 50 steps, pass the Casual Brasserie restaurant, bingo you are in...

Had my first experience with a business meeting, trainings in a well-organized room, and I would also give a better mark for the lunch we had. Service is of good quality but not the best, and unfortunately I cannot say anything about the rooms as I did not stay, that was just a business visit.

What a revolution Baku Azerbaijan is! A feast of surprises for the well traveled. Architecture that covers the history of mankind excellent restaurant and the best reason to visit Azerbaijan is its people! I stayed at the new Sapphire hotel just outside the walled old town excellent location to explore this fascinating place.

Stayed 3 weeks on this hotel, the English language is a barrier here, as in most of Azerbaijan. Rooms are very good, service is good, but the restaurant, specially breakfast leaves much to perfection.

Room: big, clean, excellent design, amazing shower which allowes you to recover from busy day. Staff: helpful. Food: good enough. Maybe one drawback is that if you stay for a long time you might get bored because the breakfast is the same every day. What is the best about this hotel is location, right near the Fountain square.

We were a group of three and we booked a two room with three beds. Yes we had given a two room to share but we were given two mattresses to sleep on not actual beds. And the room contained only 1 bathroom. I'm surprised that this hotel is a 5 star rated.
