So me and a college had booked a room via hotels.com we also had an local college in Baku call up and verbally confirm the booking, however when we turned up they didn't have our booking and try to suggest it was our error....
This hotel bears no resemblance to the photos posted.
I was booked into this hotel for three weeks but only managed two nights.Rooms very sparsely furnished, antiquated plumbing and not very clean generally.
Would avoid at all cost.
