It was our first visit to Dhaka, Bangladesh. There were 9 of us taking one 2rm suite plus 2 double rooms. We had wonderful range of daily breakfast, dinners from room service (24 hours btw) and send in house laundry almost daily too. Professional and polite staff, front office, coffee house especially Mr Md Sharif Hossain Sany, Executive Housekeeper who attended to our laundry service so attentively ! It was a wonderful experience 🥰

A short stay after landing in Dhaka lovely service and good rooms. As a result of us turning up early the room which we booked was not ready however the staff upgraded us to a family suite which was really good and super convenient with the two room and living and dining area included. The restaurant served lovely food and breakfast which cannot be faulted. I took advantage advantage of the spa facilities which was what I needed after a long flight and tons of walking in Dhaka. Only downside to the spa was that I thought the staff were a bit unprofessional as they spoke to each other whilst I was getting my treatment and a lot of coming and going from the room was involved. It was a wonderful experience staying in sky city hotel.The staff ware so ambicable that didn’t need to be worried about anithing. In every aspects,the hotel abest place to stay in Dhaka city. Had to stay in Sky City Hotel for a long time...there room, atmosphere, security everything was worth mentioning.. I must say specially about their food and employee behavior with guests.....Everytime they tries to sort out any issues if occurred.... Must go there for experience.....I have lots of sweet memories there....will go again some day....

The rooms are large enough. The behavior of the staff is great. Their foods are really delicious. Room rent is quiet low according to their service. The gymnasium of this hotel is quite rich. In a word, their service is extraordinary.
