Rooms are very very spacious and can accomodate 3 in single room., bathrooms are Okay, very peaceful, rooms are quite stinky because of the carpets, food is ok, tariff is high, but can be good if you are travelling with a big family...

The rooms are not upto the mark. They charge more. Service is not that good. Moreover they claim to be 2 star hotel. The complementary breakfast as it sounds is not worth. They barely give 50 taka breakfast. I strongly suggest you to avoid this particular hotel for the mean time. And ask the authority to take action in time.

I will never suggest any one even to my enemy to stay in this hotel........ they charge in $ and in returns they serve nothing .. non ac rooms old carpet with smell. my check out time was 30 minutes for which they were expecting to pay extra charges .........

This hotel is awful with rats in your rooms being your companions, It scares the head out of a person and the staff & management takes no responsibility in chocking this out to customers/guests. "Woh khus nahin karega" is the answer of staff which means it does not harm you....Am sure none of us would like to stay with rats even in our own houses.....

Its a good place for tourist and local visitor .There food is better and quality.There people are good also .Its a secured place . Many people every day visit there and many foreiner enjoy there tour . There are many kind of food and ful AC with CCTV system

This hotel has a great potential for improvement only if the owners would show some interest and inject money. The rooms are huge but the amenities and upkeep is extremely poor. The only silver lining is its location is very prime and at a stone's throw from Sonargoan Hotel and Basundhara Mall
