An excellent warm courteous reception and a super stay. The property is very well maintained with efficient personnel. I was picked up from the Dhaka airport by Md. Abdul Karim with a warm smile even after waiting for couple of hours in a chaotic airport like Dhaka. He helped and guided me in so many ways during my stay. Must also mention the name of Sumon, the concierge, ever smiling and responsive to any request. Overall, excellent experience.

I have stayed several times at this hotel before and always had a pleasent time. Staff is kind, rooms and facilities are clean and tidy. There were occationally some minor issues due to inexperience, as this venue is still very new, but never a big problem. However, recently they opened a bar in the 16th floor. First I thought "Great! Nice to have some more variety in this hotel". Unfortunately, the hotel's management must have forgotten, that people book a hotel room to have a room to sleep. Someone had the great idea to let a rockband play at full volume until very late hours. Not once, not twice, but every single night. Every night, it felt as if there was some construction work going on above my head until 2AM. I don't know if this is total ignorance towards the comfort and wellbeing of the hotel guests or just a lack of common sense. In my point of view, allowing these "live performances" is definitely a suicidal decision by the hotel management. It is truly a shame, because it used to be one of the better hotels in Dhaka, where I enjoyed to stay. Sadly, that is no more the case. This was most certainly my last stay at Holiday Inn Dhaka.…

Very good standard of hotel. All very organised,clean and tidy. Rooms very nice. Breakfast is fantastic with a good selection for all cultures. Staff all very pleasant and friendly. The only down side of my visit was that I was on the 13th floor and i could hear the band from the floors above.

Everything great Rooms wonderful ..Breakfast awesome Housekeeping prompt and quick.The kids enjoyed the swiming pool and the breakfast. It's a great place to stay. Only drawback the front guest need to learn the way to greet IHG loyals. Would highly recommend this property for families and business both ..and yes location is stupendous...

I went there a few months ago and yesterday too, it was a great experience, the pillows were so soft, I love it! The receptionists were also very kind and helpful. And I had a great sleep there! The TV is nice too, but I can't find the function to connect the TV to the WiFi, otherwise its very good, the room was big too. I loved the room too! But this time I didn't get a bathtub but it's still ok, the pool is fantastic! It's my favourite place here! But the security guard was good but not great, but the place is a solid 9 out of 10! But I hope they improve the internet connection. Otherwise the place is amazing!
