Recommend this hotel with my eyes closed. Its within a good price range but the service is top notch. For people living abroad, this is perfect as the service quality is equivalent to the quality experienced in developed nations. The restaurant called Savannah is amazing with a variety of food and the service led by Mr. Sayeedur just immaculate. The restaurant team was just the sweetest. I’ll definitely come back here again if I visit Dhaka again.

I have stayed here on three occasions over the past few months. It is a very clean and comfortable hotel with a great restaurant. In particular, I would like to thank Sayedur Rahman who was an excellent waiter - always polite and helpful.

I stayed at the Midori for 4 nights in Sep'22. The staff is helpful and courteous. As a pure vegetarian in Dhaka, it's always a challenge for me to find fresh and hygenic food. On top of it, this particular trip was particularly challenging as I had to leave early everyday and would have missed the breakfast. When the hotel staff found this out, they packed fresh vegetarian breakfast, as per my specifications, every day!! My breakfast package would be waiting for me at the reception before I reached the lobby, and on one occasion it was before 4.30am. I am so grateful to the staff of Hotel Midori for their kindness :). In addition, the rooms were clean and quiet.

I stayed in midori by lakeshore hotel for nearly two weeks. Being new to the city and a vegetarian, I relied on the hotel staff to guide me on how to get around as well as food. I received excellent service both at the restaurant where the staff would be attentive and cooked food for me based on my dietary restrictions. I also had a few occasions where I needed advice from the experienced staff at the reception on moving around the city, how to get packages delivered, how to use Bkash etc. They were really patient with my requests and went above and beyond to provide timely and excellent service. All staff were outstanding including security, room staff and Sayedur (restaurant)! On several occasions, Arman (reception) and Ayshi (reception) gave me excellent advice on how to navigate the city and made the stay really comfortable. I am really happy I booked my stay here. Me and two friends stayed here for 3 nights and it exceeded our expectations in every way! The breakfast was delicious and the service exceptional and they even provided airport shuttle service! The security was great and the rooms very clean and beds very comfy. We will definitely be staying here again whenever we come to Dhaka. Highly recommend!

I stayed few weeks at the Midori by Lakeshore. Rooms are very nice with wooden floor, nice and clean bathrooms, excellent mattress allowing to rest and recover a long day. I would also like to say special thanks to staff of this hotel starting with sales representative, all reception staff on duty, housekeeping staff and finishing with the guards always very friendly and attentive! Extra attentive, caring and accommodating. You will really feel served, assisted and special during your stay at this place. My special thanks go to Tania, sales person. She attended to my requests 24/7 and was able to satisfy all my requests. A true customer service and business driven professional! Savanna Restaurant staff deserve a special mention also - Saiful, Rezwan and others - great coffee, omelets and always friendly and professional attitude! They also do very good dinners and have exhaustive menu. I stayed few weeks at this place and one main reason for me to stay there in one place was the staff of this hotel. If it was not them, I would probably have changed in order to explore other places, but they made me feel so welcomed and so comfortable that I simply did not want to leave and also maybe coming back :) Kudos to the management of the property to maintain it well and building a truly amazing team! The property and it's offerings were beyond my expectations in all aspects. The entire staff was polite, well mannered & ensured that I was well attended too had a comfortable stay. Food was extremely good in all the different cuisines they offered. However, breakfast spread can improve by having a change /different menu daily. My room was pretty large and clean as a whistle.

Stayed for one night. The hotel is a good price/quality ratio for Dhaka. Great location, just couple of blocks from Unimart. However, they have an old cash register. It lost connection in the middle of my transaction - my bank withdrew money, but their bank didn't receive money. This created me a whole bunch of problems - I had to borrow from my colleague to pay AGAIN (needless to say, the cash register didn't print out any Error check, so I have no proof on me that the transaction hasn't happened), my money is going to be returned God knows when (again I don't have any written assurance it is going to be returned). The hotel, however, does not take any responsibility for this super inconvenient technical error which costs me a lot of nerves and time (provided that the money is returned) So, I recommend to go there only with cash, or be prepared to pay twice and have long issue-solving calls/visits to Bangla banks to return your money.…
