I only used the rooftop restaurant for a rather large gathering of friends. Service is excellent, the food quality was truly high quality. But we asked them to make sure they bought some fresh ingredients and the Chef prepared a Chinese menu fried rice, and a number of other popular dishes and it was really yummy indeed. I did get to see the rooms in this hotel and they seem very clean. The location is also not bad at all, people can easily go for a stroll and since its not on a main road, its probably not so noisy at night. Recommended!

The very first comment that comes while making a review of Hotel Swiss Garden, Dhaka is “amazing service” rendered by all the hotel staff members - be it the members of front office, room service, restaurant or house keeping. Everyone, without any exception, is very helpful & always comes forward to help the guests with ever smiling face. The other USP of this hotel is its location. It’s located quite close to the International Airport - about 9 Kms away. Considering the chaotic traffic conditions of Dhaka City this is a big plus point. The quality of food & taste is pretty good.

I stayed here because it was close to my office. The hotel was comfortable enough. I was lucky to be upgraded to a larger room. Everything was clean, working and the air conditioning was good enough. Wifi was also good enough. Food in the restaurant was excellent. The staff were very helpful. Getting transport was not a problem either.

I've stayed at Swiss Garden numerous times for business and I couldn't be happier with the hotel staff! They are always friendly and remembered me even after just one visit. They go out of their way to help support guests with directions to places in the neighborhood, help with calling a taxi or Uber, and when I was there last time I fell sick and they made sure I was taken care of. I couldn't thank them enough! If traveling for business and need a central, clean, comfortable place with excellent staff - this is your hotel :-)

I had to travel to Dhaka for an International Conference and all hotels were fully booked. So, my travel agent booked me at Hotel Swiss Garden, where I had an excellent experience. Very good location, excellent service and friendly staff, big and clean rooms. All comfort. It has a small restaurant with buffet breakfast included and good food for lunch and dinner. I was a woman travelling alone for work and I felt very safe in this hotel. It also has the possibility of hiring a car with an excellent driver to go around the city. Pick up and delivered at International airport are included in the price of the room

Before arriving at this hotel, i had heard a few bad reviews about it so i was not really sure what to expect. However, on arrival, i was surprised about how clean the rooms were. The service was great as well as the food in the kitchen. My only suggestion to what was a great service, is to perhaps provide kettles for tea and coffee in the rooms as well as beef up the minibar. There were literally 3 drinks in the minibar.

I stayed here with a film crew who were working with my organisation and needed somewhere of high quality to stay at a reasonable cost. Swiss Garden absolutely nailed it. Great value, reliable airport pick up, good service and the food was fantastic (try the bhuna and buttered naan). Rooms were great and the roof top terrace was ideal. A magnificent alternative to the expensive international chain hotels
