Located in the heart of Gulshan with everything within a walk or short rickshaw ride away. Very professionally and efficiently checked in by Habib as his friendly manner was most welcome after a long journey. The room was well appointed and spacious, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom spotless. The buffet breakfast was very good and again attended to my another cheery chappy. Very convenient for the airport only 30 minute 300 Taka trip away. Thanks for the vote if you found this review helpful.

Clean hotel with warm staffs. The Breakfast spread was good. The manager Mr Kazi knows his job. I was on fifth floor, in the backside room. It was quiet. The room service was prompt. The reason I took the hotel was location. Just diagonally opposite of Banani Supermarket an ideal location. Lot of restaurants, local eateries, sweet-shop, groceries were around. Uber, motorcycle taxis were always around. Wherever I needed to go to Banani and Gulshan area I preferred to walk though. The only reason I gave this place a 4 rating is I found the breakfast monotonous. They were changing only the vegetable-curry, nothing else. I was there for 4 days but only once I got french-toasts. Mr Kazi should look into this.

Room is good and breakfast is fine. Plenty of eatery around if you wanna avoid street food. Traffic in this area is bit crazy but so does the whole Dhaka. Book through agoda and cost like usd 90 per night.

This is very excellent hotel in Dhaka I ever seen. Hotel staff was very friendly. Pickup and drop service from airport to hotel and hotel to airport very smooth and organized. Breakfast was so delicious.

Well maintained with good behavior and fast Service. Lighting inside the room is sufficient. Toilets also maintained cleanly. i used to go for steam bath and sauna bath which is also maintained very hygienic.

I have stayed innotel dhaka last week. Staff are professional and good behavior they have exceptional ethos ,which is markable. Service is very good. Room is clean. mostly i like food which is cooked by stone they call it Rok . hope to come back again

Been here on my business visit.We had our seminar in their banquet hall. Check in was smooth but overall very average feel when you visit this property. Their manager Mr Arjo is trying his best to uplift the property. Need major revamp in terms of breakfast quality and service they provide. Since we changed our hotel after 2-3 days since we cant have similar breakfast with stomach upset. Nearby Indian restaurant Tarka is the savior for our stay.
