Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 14 nights which was Christmas and New year holidays 🥰 The package includes free breakfast between 7am to 10am and you can't miss it because they will call you to remind 👏

24/7 security and the cleaners staff are so hospitable specially when my period stained our bedsheet, I was so really shy that they will wash it but it's included on the service lol

They will clean the room everyday as per your request. What I just don't like was when the wifi connection has been interrupted twice because I was also working during my vacation though they fixed the issue when I called them, and there's lot of mosquitoes! 😅 Though they provided a insecticides spray.

They have bathtub and warmth shower, TV, cabinets, mirror, mini-table, money safe, fridge, drawers, and working station.

The place is a perfect place within Banani, Gulshan2 where it is surrounded with food restaurants, pharmacies, and groceries 👍

Also, they still accepted us even when we checked in at 11pm!

This is a small budget hotel, location of the hotel is great as this is located in the prime area of Dhaka...rooms are small but with all facilities & neat & clean.

Wifi connectivity is ok...buffet breakfast spread was nice.

Would recommend this hotel for one night budget stay.

Given that it is a Guest House and with reasonable pricing. The offering of suite room is still worth the value. The room is large and has a separate sit out area.
The layout could have been better with a TV in the bedroom and a large work table etc. However, still not so bad.
Breakfast is also ok and service is good.
Overall it is good value for money, given the prices, most hotels are charging in Dhaka.
The airport pick up is a bonus. Wifi works good and restaurant food is ok , the location is close to the airport and the city center.
Can be recommended for the suite room.

Stayed here for six nights and the hotel does the job. Shower is good and the air-conditioning works well. For the price, breakfast is included, room is cleaned and amenities replenished every day. Pick up from the airport is very smooth and welcomed with complimentary drinks. Room service was excellent when needed. The staff and the hotel manager are caring and always ready to resolve any up-coming issues. The location is very convenient if your work is solely based in the Gulshan and Banani area. The area is good for shopping and dining out too. However, the cuisine here is not bad either. For the low price and short business trips, the hotel is value for money. I have no complaints so far and will be back for future short term stays.

I will say straight away that the friendly staff bump this place up from 3/5. The rooms are nothing particularly special, but mine was very clean and comfortable. I would have liked a more spacious desk, as it was sandwiched between the almerah and the wall, and indeed I think that most people staying here will be business travelers and probably agree on that one.

The location is pretty decent. Tucked away on a side road near Kemal Ataturk Ave, it's away from any honking annoyances. Although on a side road, there is a large sign at the junction with Road 27, so you won't miss it. I like walking around in the evenings, and it's a 10 min walk at most to restaurants around Road 11 or Gulshan 2 Circle. Plenty of rickshaws around outside, and autos to be found on Ataturk Ave. For biryani lovers, there's a Fakruddin outlet about 3 mins walk away just across from where Rd 27 meets Ataturk. The Star Hotel is also nearby for other cheap Bangla non-veg treats. I ate in the hotel itself a couple of times when I was too tired to go out in the evenings, and I would say it was decent enough, if overpriced compared to what you can get if you just walk out. That said, prices in general in Banani can be hugely distorted as a result of all the garment industry and development sector visitors, so it's nothing out of the ordinary. Breakfast was ok again, and got the job done without being anything special. On the plus side, I came down a few times as early as 6:15 to find that it was all available, a big plus to business travellers who have to deal with morning Dhaka traffic.

The big plus really in this place is the staff. Every member of staff is extremely polite and courteous, and it's a big complement to the place. If you have early starts and long days, I personally think it helps set you off on the right note.

If I had to suggest areas for improvement I would say that two things stuck out a little. Firstly the driver that was sent for the airport pick up gave the name card to a porter who intercepted me at customs itself. He never informed me that he wasn't the driver and insisted on pushing my trolley to the baggage carousel etc before then demanding money upon exiting the airport. I know he's earning a living, but being forced to part with cash a few minutes after arrival can be annoying. The driver himself then demanded money on arrival at the hotel despite the pick-up being complementary. I refused of course, but they really should ensure that these guys are better drilled. Secondly, there was a minor electrical issue when I was there - I think a small fire in the transformer box or something - that caused us to be evacuated at midnight for a few hours. The staff dealt with the situation itself well (fire brigade arrived in minutes, electrician too), but in general the emergency drill was not great. There was no alarm for starters (possibly as if there is, it's not got an independent power supply), and the staff did not knock on every door. I opened my door as I understand some limited Bangla (those bits that are common to Hindi) and so heard them shouting 'downstairs!'. They could also have communicated better with guests while it was being resolved, and it took about an hour and a half for water bottles to be dispensed. All of this could basically be resolved with a bit of simple training. Considering how common electrical fires are around Dhaka, I think it's something they should review. Quite a few guests busily arranged cars to take them to other hotels, and left just 15 mins or so before we were allowed back in. With better communication, these guys would likely have stayed.

Anyway, overall I would definitely recommend this place as I feel it offers a basic, comfortable and friendly stay for good value considering the location.

I am a regular visitor at this hotel but did not have a pleasant experience during this trip. The work table provided at the corner of the room and next to bed was practically not accessible. The wi-fi in the second floor did not work nor the staff tried to rectify this on informing them. Check out process took one hour and unprofessionally handled.

Only food remains the value proposition for this hotel.

The rooms are very ordinary, not suitable for business travel. If you see the photos at site, they are misguiding. Seeing the descriptions on site, we checked in but checked out immediately. After lot of argumentation, finally the hotel management agreed not to charge as we informed our leaving the hotel immediately we went inside the room and saw the room amenities

Hotel flatly refuses to honour advertised services, even goes on to say that MMT Tieup is terminated!?! Amenities in room missing/ defective. Had to replace items. Owner is least bothered- had expectations, but dejected with service. Even One side Airport transfer is chargeable 10$ , then why advertise as complimentary??
