At gulshan 1 this hotel placed......well decorated mind blowing rooms are really comfortable......and they have restaurant where food is really delicious.......they have WiFi facilities....and also taxi facilities :)

I have visited several times in there. Average graded hotel@in Gulshan. Now they are closing this hotel for commercial development. 50-75 $ rentals per night and they operating a buffet dining facility and fast food.

Location is great - heart of the city and close to business center. Rooms could be maintained in better manner. Staff are friendly. Choice of breakfast is limited, mostly local food. Few rooms have problem with tap for hot and cold water.

Good is fantastic..Just on Gulshan I within close vicinity of restaurants, bars, offices, banks, etc..Rooms was average with basic amenities only..Tea And Coffee maker in room promised during booking were not provided even after calling for it many a times..Fruit basket and other things promised were also done away with despite repeated calling to house keeping

This is a decent property with clean rooms. It is located on the main street with several eateries and bars around. It is close to most areas and a good hotel. The staff at the front desk are incompetent and are incapable of billing a guest correctly. They had to charge my card three times for the mistakes they made.

Its located on prime location at Gulshan. Business travellers and those who are at Dhaka for providing service to Robi, Huawei, Bangla link, this is the best place to stay. Not too expensive and you will have quality food there. Market and transport much available then other budget hotels.

It is located at the heart of Gulshan. So 10/10 for location. But the service and food quality should be improved. They should also focus on cleanliness. Interiors look old, so renovation is expected. Also price is expensive compared to similar quality hotels.

This hotel placed in the prime location in Gulshan, the corporate hub of Dhaka.For business travellers who look for a budget hotel in Gulshan; this can be a good option. However, this hotel needs to change its exterior and interior and improve the quality if their food and services. It looks shabby from outside and rooms are quite small. If you dont want to avail their food, you can go out and explore restaurants outside as there are quite a few good food joints with in a walking distance.

I booked this hotel online using booking.com. they gave me a free airport pickup. Young Shakeel was very the hotel employee who received me. He was very helpful. Check in was very smooth. Welcome drink on arrival and a fruit basket in the room every day. The house keeping and room are very good. Free breakfast is spartan but nothing to complain about. Now for the main reason I write this. The only bar in the area is La Diplomat and it is marked incorrectly on google maps. To get to the bar you need to take a left the moment you step outside the hotel, left again in the alley next to the the hotel, hit the end of the alley and turn left again to be blessed with the site of La Diplomat. The hotel also has a fast food joint called burger world, the non veg burgers and fried chicken are very good but the veggie burger had no patty and was full of cold sloe making it limp and soggy. The hotel has a great location and tge staff is very efficient and helpful. The Gulshan avenue gets noisy early do choose a room away from the main road. …

This hotel is located as gulshan 1 area which is very close to Indian embassy and it's close to diplomatic area. Location wise it's good but there is lots of things for improvement specially breakfast options. In first floor you will get rosebud restaurant where you can enjoy buffet dinner. Free wifi is there and with good speed. Very close by you will get good restaurants and specially gulshan markets for shopping.
