Dine with family after long time and it is worth it. Best food in Dhaka undoubtedly, we tried the buffet restaurant called seasonal taste. The service is too good. The front office agent assist us to the seasonal taste, so kind of them.

We had breakfast by chance one morning as we had to make a sudden change of plan. The hotel is well located in Gulshan area and offers all the amenities. The breakfast buffet was quite extensive but we did not like to load ourselves right in the morning. We opted for omelette and cheese from a la carte menu which was quite tasty. The staff was very friendly and we were treated as five star guests. We’ll visit again.

Club Room was excellent. Food and beverage are nice. Housekeeping was also nice. But this time I am extremely disappointed having seen the mismanagement of the hotel authority. I checked in on 31st of December 2022 and checked out on 1st of January 2023. I stayed in this hotel to have a quality time with my spouse. Hotel authority sold their ball room in level 1, level 5 and level 23 (Prego) to organize 31st night celebration. Unfortunately hotel authority absolutely failed to manage all these nicely as they sold the tickets more than their capacity. Being a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite Member, I felt extremely shocked as I had to wait almost 30/35 minutes for lift. The hotel lobby was over crowded and I couldn't even walk. My wife was pushed by others (drunk people) several times in the hotel lobby. This is absolutely unacceptable. This was really ridiculous. I asked for help but none of the staff stepped up. Front desk seemed to be the ticket counter of the above events. Authority of the Westin Dhaka should be more careful in future. At last but the least that none of the staffs bothered about Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite Members.…
