My husband stayed here recently on business and enjoyed it very much. Bedding is comfortable and the air conditioner worked flawlessly. Masud Nipon went above and beyond to make his stay comfortable. Bonus: tasty sushi restaurant on the top floor!

Lovely hotel, amenities are great, gym is a bit small, no bar. I had a guest (close friend) came in, the hotel reception staff Mr Nayeem was very thoroughly checking him, copied his ID, told him he should keep his National ID as driving licence was not good enough, called me up in an hour to check whether he is still there, shockingly annoying. On the other hand, person like Rony (front office) made my stay like a breeze, very kind and welcoming, all in all, for a short business trip excellent, as long they manage their equal attitude towards all clients, it’s not bad. Food is pricey but really good and coffee is outstanding.

Wonderful hotel for trip! Duty Manager Shafiqul is very skilled and customer oriented. The service at the hotel is top notch! I recommend! The client's wishes are his top priority. I would love to stay at this hotel next year. The best hotel in Dhaka!
