I was very surprised with this hotel and the treatment I received. The best bed I've ever slept in, with the fluffiest pillows! The food was also amazing. Special mention to the receptionist, Tahmid, who was nice, polite and very helpful, plus spoke perfect English to carry on interesting conversations and didn't hesitate to help me discover the wonders of Dhaka. Highly recommended!

I had an operating flight flight with the company that I work with, once I arrived I gave my uniform to laundry section I didn't recognise that I didn't remove the golden badge and the golden pin as well,i had a very short layover there just few hours, while I asked for uniform before my pickup I was really disappointed that they removed my golden badge name and the pin as well I called them telling them that you forgot to bring me back my golden badge tools but they denied unfortunately!After 15 years of flying I never had such as a bad experience like that and I wish never it will be repeated!!

Great stay and superb hospitality. Special shoutout to their driver Mr. Khokhon for his behaviour, attitude, driving skills. Such an awesome person he is. God bless him. The cab service which I took from the hotel was on time. The problem is mosquito in the hotel.

Reception staff were great, hotel rooms were spot on. Had dinner by the pool, staff were more concerned about packing up for the weekend than serving customers. Asked for a mosquito repellent fire stick, they just placed an empty pot next to us. Only when I complained to the Chef who was walking past did they SORT of semi serve me. Not 5 star service

Hotel is ok, rooms are fine. It is well located next to airport BUT airport transfer is a total rip off. A real scam! You should be aware that airport transfer is not free despite the hotel being less than 5 minutes away. It is actually outrageous. They charge 30 USD plus tax (so roughly 42 USD) for a 5 minutes ride. And let’s not forget we are in Bangladesh, not NY, London or Paris. They should be ashamed of themselves, abusing the power given by their location

The facilities are awesome! Soft bed, great bathtub is sooo big and clean. Staff so nice and very welcoming you. I really love the Gym energy room where you have really big jazzcuzy, steam bath and staff very instructed & helpful. Thanks to Raham islam I had great time staying here

I liked the behaviors of the le meridien hotel staffs. All of them are very kind fully and helpful. The pool was good temperature even if it is open and good scenes from the terrace. Especially the gym staff Rahman helped me so much whenever I need. I advice Le meridien Dhaka.
