Very comfortable Noshin from Front Office and Moni from terra bistro were amazing hostesses. Made my breakfast and also stay comfortable. Facilities very clean and organized. Dining breakfast items are a dozen or so. However you can order many dishes not displayed such as parota and or milk tea and coffee.

We stayed here for one night, our very first night in Bangladesh. The first room they gave us smelled like smoke so we asked for another room, which they immediately provided. The room was spacious and had the usual furniture. There was also a tea kettle with mugs etc. enabling us to make tea. The bathroom was big enough with a nice shower. Everything was clean. The hotel is at a busy road (I guess it is Dhaka). There is a shop nearby where we could buy water. Just across the road is a MacDonalds. We did not venture far as we went elsewhere the next morning. But we had a comfortable night followed by a tasty breakfast (buffet).

I have stayed in this hotel for 2 night with my wife.It was very satisfying in terms of price/expectation scale.Things i liked very much during my stay are as below: 1)Very good location (near to airport,near to touristic place,near to city center) 2)Lovely,respectfull and helpfull staff(Arranging car,arranging for extended check out,airport pick up and drop) 3)Satisfying breakfast open buffet and dinner(As foreigner ,i liked the foods that i had in this hotel.Good service,variety and hygen) 4)Tribe bar really fascinating in terms of view,pool and restaurant.Thursday evening live music by itself worth to stay here since it is very difficult to find a live music place in Bangladesh 5)May be one of the best was it is safe ,which is much more important for foreigner than anything else.(I stayed with my wife securely) 6)The gym has so many workout exercises for those who want some exercise and burning calories. 8)It is also a good networking point with several people coming from several countries. As a result ,it was a safe ,joyful stay for us.I can strongly suggest to anyone for a stay.Furthermore ,i want to thank all staff who were so friendly with us. Best regards…

I have stayed in this property several times. Every time was a great experience. Very efficient and courteous staff. The rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast served is very good (vegetarians limited options). The room service is excellent and best part is food is made to your taste. I always look out for light home style dinner and it is always made to perfection. Overall a great stress free stay.

The stay at Platinum Grand has been great. Its in Banani, the heart of Dhaka. The hotel and staff are really nice and friendly to the guest. It has been a good experience so far. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good hotel in Dhaka.

Best in town with good staff and facilities. Room service and food is really good and at reasonable pricing. Located near Banani, the middle of Dhaka. All staff is good and friendly in nature, good hotel for foreigners.

I stayed at the hotel for a few days, and the staff were incredible kind and warm. The food was great at the bistro and the location is perfect if you want to be in the heart of the city. The place has everything you need, and definitely recommend this place if you’re in Dhaka!

Fantastic two-week stay here for wedding season. Great location in the heart of Road 11 Banani. Very comfortable and clean facilities. Delicious breakfast buffet selection and fantastic and affordable and delicious room service. Staff is very friendly and attentive to any needs I might have had. Never felt unsafe with the round-the-clock security in place. Will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Dhaka. #katdeeblyinlove
